Don rode to the rescue, called when he found an additional problem during the work, never pushed me to have it done then and there, and was prompt and courteous. Very professional, fair prices. I couldn't recommend Don more. I called him the day before Thanksgiving to replace my kitchen taps and he was over a few hours later. The job was done before I knew it and it was obvious that he took tremendous pride in the quality of his work. And, to top it all off, his fee was more than reasonable.

Don was AWESOME. I contacted him based on his overall positive Yelp reviews. He came over the same day and fixed a bathroom sink that two other plumbers could not. I called Don yesterday and he called back the same day. He came over to our condo and quickly diagnosed and repaired the leak in our bathroom toilet. He was pleasant and courteous and his fee was very reasonable. He has certainly made a new customer and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Don calls and communicates prior to appointment and shows up when he says he will.
We had a good leak that had been going on awhile and turned into a musty, messy situation...
under the sink...in a small cabinet. Don is skinny so he fit! It wasn't a fun or pleasant job to do ...and with a few naughty words from under the cabinet...(it helped to loosen the pipe) he got the job done fast and affordable. He cleaned up upon completion of job. Just an easy transaction to something I thought was going to suck ... very fair price. Thanks Don!

Don showed up on time (serious). We had a couple plumbing challenges that he rose to complete with the best attitude I have ever seen. He's knowledgeable and profession and cleans up after the jobs. Every one looks for a great plumber, well, here he is, I promise.

My house was built in 1953 and somehow the metal drain piping under the bathroom sink had corroded to nothing recently. I got a total of 3 quotes. Two companies wanted to charge me more than $350 for it but Don only charged me $82!!!!! Don was very much willing to do the job! There are qualities you expect from a company such as punctual, reliability, reasonably priced and trusting. Don has all 4!!! He was receptive in my phone, got my name and number; called the tenants to schedule an appt. He ACTUALLY answers his phone and follows up with another call (since I'm considered the landlord of the house) when he was done with the job, not like other companies. You ACTUALLY get to talk to him and he showed up on time, this ensures his to be reliable and punctual in my book! At $82 and that includes parts he needed...GREAT PRICE! With the combination of all these characteristics, allowed me to trust him and his outstanding work! Definitely one of the best examples of a great company! His work ethics blew my mind, you don't see hardwork anymore! He's my plumber for life!

There are many competent plumbers in Tucson, but the mark of a very good one is what happens when an accidental mistake occurs. Don replaced our kitchen faucet and a dishwasher hose because it hadn't been replaced when the new machine was installed two years before, and replaced a shower cartridge/faucet apparatus,

The jobs were well done and we were pleased. Or, we were pleased until we used the dishwasher. Our almost-new machine, that had operated perfectly the night before Don came to work, suddenly would not drain. When we called Don, he did not think he'd caused any problem but said he would be happy to look at it--even though he said he knew nothing about dishwashers. He warned us that if he had not caused the problem, he would have to charge us for a service call.

Worried that we might have to pay for Don's trip (when he probably would not be able to identify the problem) AND another trip by a dishwasher expert, we made an appointment with a repairman from Christies. That technician found that, when Don installed the hose, a wire had been accidentally knocked off its pump position. He moved it back in place and the dishwasher worked perfectly.

The charge was $65 for the service visit and $30 to reposition the wire (a ridiculously high fee, but that seems to be standard practice). When we told Don we knew accidents occured and asked him to at least share half the cost with us since he was indeed the one who had caused the problem, he said he would do even better by giving us an hour's free labor.
