About a month after we had Don out, our drains backed up again. He was (very understandably) out of town. We asked him to give us a call whenever he came back because we were unable to use our plumbing, but we didn't hear from him. We ended up having to call someone else to fix the problem again.

After reading many reviews I decided to use Don's Plumbing Repair Services and I couldn't have been happier! Don gave me a quote based on what I told him over the phone. He called me when he was on his way and arrived promptly with his assistant. He repaired my clogged kitchen sink drains and had the disposal working again. He actually charged me about $50 less than the quote he gave me because it wasn't as involved as it could have been. I was ecstatic and he also helped with a slow draining bathroom sink that has been a problem for a long time. It's great to support smaller local businesses and his company is a smaller one than some of the mega plumbing companies in the area. I highly recommend Don and will sing his praises to all my friends! Give him a call and you won't be sorry.

My hot water heater gave out and I called around for estimates. Don's estimate was two to three times less expensive than some other companies for comparable service and equipment, and he was able to make an appointment within 48 hours! He even scheduled my install for a Saturday, which was awesome.

He arrived promptly with his crew and knocked out the entire removal and subsequent installation in less than 5 hours, which was no easy feat because my water heater is in the attic and is only accessible with a ladder. When we were getting estimates, we told one company about the attic and they simply said they couldn't help us! Once the job was done, I paid the exact price we had agreed upon. There was zero mess, and I had hot running water before they even left the driveway.

Don's Plumbing is professional, courteous, honest and fair, and I'll definitely be calling him for my future plumbing needs.

When I faced my most recent plumbing hiccup I decided to rely on Yelp to direct me to a more quality plumber vs the company who had the most advertisements running at the time. That hunch proved correct. The appt was confirmed within 24hrs (thank goodness because I was panicking). I also received a courtesy call they were en route to my home. Once they arrived 15 mins later, I was prompted for another explanation of what the issue was. They worked quietly and without interruption until it was repaired. No upsell (home is older & plumbing is dated) secondary calls for missing parts or return trips necessary; the work was completed in a timely manner and the issue fully resolved.

Outstanding service. I called yesterday and he was able to made it for a regularly scheduled appointment today. I'm sure if I wanted an emergency appointment they would have come out yesterday. Don and his assistant were very friendly, courteous and professional. The price for work was reasonable. I will definitely go with Don again if I need plumbing work done.

We spent a week calling plumbers trying to get quotes on a new sink/faucet installation but Don was the only one willing to stop by in person at no extra cost. It may seem small but to me that's one of the things that differentiates the good guys and the companies trying to make you feel obligated to use them. Working with them was completely hassle free and he seems like a very down to earth/reasonable person who isn't just trying to rip you off. Everything turned out great and we will definitely be using them in the future!

These guys were so great to deal with. They were quick to reply to my issue and came out soon after. They could have done an easy/quick repair but instead did a thorough fix that would last even though it meant they had to go to the store to get parts and return. They were polite and respectful from the minute they came into my home. Reasonably priced as well. Truly great company!
