This plumber trained and worked with my uncle Clarence Schaffer back in the day. The work he did was shower repair for my friend. I entered this situation to assemble the photographic documentation for his work because she needed to go to small claims court. He did not do the requested work, he used improper sealant, he burned the wood structure in the storage area so that the fire department needed to arrive, and he used improper materials and shoddy workmanship. My friend's condo association asked that she never use Don's Plumbing again. There was no apology, just a giggle that he hadn't ""set off the fire alarm in some time."" FYI: There is a ""peep hole"" beside the faucet that allows anyone in the storage unit to have a clear view of anyone in the tub! Unreal! If you look at the reviews I've left, they are typically glowing for companies and people who deserve that honor. Be good to yourself; find someone else.

I've had to utilize Don's Plumbing twice within the past year. Both times, we had someone at my home within a couple of hours. We had different techs each time, and both of them were prompt, professional, and kind.

Both of our repairs were done within an hour's time and cost around $80. I'm not sure if that is high, low, or standard for plumbers in the area, but I think it's worth it for how quickly they were able to be here for the repairs. I'll definitely continue to use this company!
