Inconsistent workers! The only good plumber we found in the business is no longer accepting seeing """"new"""" clients even though we've spent hundreds of dollars with them. NO LOYALTY! Look elsewhere!

Horrible experience. Plumber came to the house 4 times an in all those visits only capped off two pipes and opened the slab. Kept giving me the run a round and telling me I had to call different people to do things. After the 4th visit gave an estimate of $1200 to complete the job of replacing a small section of copper pipe that was leaking, replace 2 outside faucets and the shutoff valve to our well bladder. They were going to schedule 2 plumbers for a full day to work on this. I asked them for the total amount for work completed and they gave me $250, which I paid on the phone that day with credit. Then I get an additional bill a week later for $85. I am paying this even though they told me the amount was $250 because I don't want bad credit because of them. I called another local plumber who sent one guy, maybe worked 2 hours, completed ALL we needed done and only charged me $250. Don't even think of calling these folks. They will rip you off!

Malicious incompetence with misleading communication - potentially leading to expensive unnecessary services up to 350.00 or more. We barely escaped unnecessary costs by getting educated so we could see through the misleading info and persevered when they dismissed our questions. The net net is that they damaged a part of our irrigation system that we now have to pay to fix along with the original plumbing repair we still need. Run, don't walk, from this place.

This is the second time I've used Don's Plumbing. The first time was a water heater replacement and they sent someone over immediately WITH a water heater replacement, had it in and set up within an hour and a half, and that included cleaning up the mess and hauling off the old one! GREAT SERVICE. Yesterday, they came and fixed the pipe leak under the slab in my laundry room. They were there EARLY, fixed the problem in 2 hours, were professional, kind and cleaned up everything - and that included pouring cement to fix the hole in the floor! The price was ridiculously reasonable! I was shocked! I expected a HUGE bill - nope - not at all! Twice I've been thrilled with them! I'll continue to use them time and time again (well - I hope not a lot -- but you know....)

BUYER BEWARE! Not a reliable company. They never showed up for the job! We waited all day, they didn't even bother calling to let us know or reschedule. We never heard from them again!!!

Would not recommend at all, they cancelled on my 4 times in a two week span and gave me every excuses in the world when someone does not show up or even call to say there not coming is a complete joke. Not sure how they are in business with there scheduling

I'd love to give a more informative review but this is the second day we waited the entire day. Tonight it's 8:15 and still no show. And no phone call either. Can't really review them if they don't show up except to say they are not dependable. If they ever do show up maybe I can add to this review

Came to my house to replace master bath shower valve. Not only did he not do what he said he did, he stole the parts that I had previously purchased. I contacted him 3 times but no response. Very non trustworthy and not honest.

We called Don's Plumbing after using them in the past, and having a good experience using their service. I needed to have a shower faucet and drain installed in one of our rental units and they said the would send someone over the following day. Well, the following day came and the plumber didn't show up. We called to find out why and they told us that we didn't answer our phone so they sent the technician onto the next job. This is after they were told that we would be working there all day long and to please just come over. They rescheduled for the following Tuesday. We waited again, and no one showed up. We called, and they said there was an emergency they had to attend to, but would send someone over on Thursday. We waited and two hours later than the scheduled time, someone finally showed up, took a couple of pictures and then abruptly left. We have never received a call or anything from them after waiting for almost a week and a half. On Friday, I was finally fed up with Don's and called another company and they were out there and fixed our problem within two hours. I will never use Don's again. They simply are not reliable or organized. They cost us almost two weeks on our rental turnaround!
