They charged $225 to repair my toilet that was a little rocky. They had to pull it and reset it and put on a new flapper and fill valve. The parts would have been under $20. $200 AN HOUR for labor? Will not call Dons again and they had done previous services in the past. I guess toilets are extra. Would have got a new one

I have never felt more confident in a contractor in my life. Trustworthy, dependable, honest, timely, knowledgeable..fair. .I bought an old condo on St. Pete Beach..Upstairs lady had a leak causing me issues, which Scott repaired promptly. I had called them for myself to update 3 turn off valves, a pipe,, a toilet, 2 undersink lines. I called Friday &he was there Monday am & sent day repairing items. I headed back to Maryland with confidence & peace of mind & chestnuts :-)

Wow. What else can I say? I just had an incredibly great experience with a plumber -- not something I ever expected to say, honestly. I got a call back a day after I called, and got an apology because they had taken a day off. Scott came out exactly when he said he would and did all of the work installing a new kitchen faucet, an under-sink water filter, and a garbage disposal all at a very reasonable price. He checked everything and cleaned everything up better than he found it. I even asked about some toilet issues (not part of the original request) and got that taken care of as well. Scott was incredibly nice, and welcomed my daughter watching him work. It almost felt like a family member was doing the the work. I would highly recommend Don's plumbing in a heartbeat, and will definitely use them again when I have the need.

Called to fix my leaky shower that was old built in the 1950's. Came right out to fix it. He spent about 45 mins total including the time it took for him to drive to the store to pick up a special part. Price was very reasonable for the fix at $115. Any other plumbing problems I have had always cost $160 or more. I will definitely call them again.

Called Don's on a last minute job to fix the washer hookup in the garage of my sister's apt. He came right away and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Amazing service and not bad charge for service. I'd definitely call him again if I had any plumbing problems. He was very nice and pleasant to work with. 5 star SERVICE!! Thanks Don!

Sounds like Don is no longer with us yet his team is keeping the name in his honor. I needed a new sink put in my condo and they did a great job. Professional, kind and easy to accommodate. They did such a great job that I had them help my 85 year old mother fix the filter in her sink along with a new faucet. I highly recommend

I'm a single, working mom and not at all handy. When the pipe under my kitchen sink separated and began leaking, I initially tried to tighten and fix it myself and then had to leave it alone before making it worse. I found Don's Plumbing on here, great reviews, called in the morning to try to figure out a time I could leave work to come home to meet a plumber. The guy who answered the phone was super nice, asked what time I came home from work. I said around 5:30. The plumber was already at my house when I got home from work with my child, he came in, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes, then told me to have a great night and left. I ran outside to ask him if they were just going to mail me a bill or what. He said, """"Oh no, I'm not going to charge for this ... Call us when you have a real problem."""" I was floored. I will absolutely call them next time, plus I've already recommended them to everyone I know. Great people, great customer service!

I called and they came for an estimate the same day. It was for $495, and I hired them. I didn't hear from them for a over a week. I left a couple of very nice messages. I know plumbers must be busy. I finally got in touch with them and scheduled a date. Guy called me on the day of the appointment and said the place he went to pick up the part had the wrong part. He was going to go to another place and look, but if he had to order it, he would let me know that afternoon. I have since called a couple of times. I was very nice. All I wanted was a status. Nothing. That was two weeks ago. I guess if the job isn't $1000s of dollars, they can't be bothered. Google, please come up with a review that has a zero or -1, -2, -3, -4, -5. I would give them a -5. I hired someone else.

Don's Plumbing (Scott Reeves) has helped me on several occasions - - great service and great prices. New disposal, sink drain work, new faucets and water filter installed, and new water heater installed (outstanding job because of the difficult location of the old water heater). They deliver excellent service at a very fair price, as I have been a repeat customer.
