Watch out for these guys.
The up-votes are probably their friends.
They will milk you while your problems grow.
Except for one courtesy call from the only decent guy they ever had, I never had a single visit from them where I didn't have to hire someone else to fix their screwups.
I'm not the only one.
One of their signature screwups is putting the valve wheel upside down where it's right against the ground and you can't turn it.
They left things out in their report to my dad and they bad-mouthed him for refusing to pay for bad service and for not paying them to fix their own screwups.
I'm told that if they see some sign that you pulled a DIY on something they will report you for not having a contractor do the work to code. By the way their techs interrogated me the last time I called them, I believe it.
I'd call the country witch doctor before I'd call these guys.

A great place with hardworking people who are willing to do all they can to help you. I got my appliances fast and they were put in fast too. Pat was very helpful and very knowledgable. Very nice people there all around.

i have always gotten my appliances at don's. reasonable price, delivery,set-up, and they haul the old ones away. i also sent a friend who needed a stove to don's to pick one out. she did, i paid, they delivered and set up and tested the new one in her home. this is a very good company. i was also out of town when my kid called and said the toilet broke. i called don's, told them what i needed and what town, they deliverd, took old one out and installed new one. still useing. whatever you need, call this company.!! you will be very happy you did.

We have used Don's a few times with our house - twice with plumbing issues and once with our air conditioner. They came out very timely and were very prompt with their time quotes. The service guys were pleasant and knowledgeable. Another fun pro - after they come out once and you pay the bill, any additional issues you call them for, they are able to work on payment installments which makes them even more affordable. Don's is always my first go to when I'm having plumbing, heating or cooling issues.

I will not use this plumber again.
They tried to talk use into a water softener we didn't need.
They replaced the water conditioner (a necessity with well water) and our water tasted bad for about a month. When i tried to discuss with the plumber,he said there must be something in our pipes. Water tasted fine before....

2nd job - they replaced our water heater with a much smaller one. They said the smaller one was the right size for our house. With two adults, we have only managed to run out of hot water once. Can't imagine how many times this will happen with a larger family.

Now our pipes bang when we turn on the hot water....
