Put water leak sensors around the house a few years ago--almost forgot. Today I get an alert on my text and a call from RING warning of water on the sensor in the basement, behind the wall under the main kitchen drain. Went downstairs and found water gushing, but only for a minute--still lots to clean but imagine no warning--the basement could have been under water!
Donovan WaterWorks re-directed a truck and got here in 7 minutes.

Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist to the plumber who came out. Honest, hardworking, and a fair price! As a single woman homeowner I am used to being taken advantage of by big plumbing companies who think I don't know any better which is why I called Donovan WaterWorks, it's a woman owned business. The plumber who came out was not a woman but was super super friendly and went above and beyond. They will be the first person I call next time I have a problem.

Called and had the owner come out same day (they had a cancellation) and she did a thorough walkthrough and explained how my septic, washer, drains etc work. Coming back to install the slop sink and to reroute pipes and plumbing properly. Excellent communicator and responsive! Highly recommend.

Fast response to my online/Yelp inquiry for replacing my water heater and free in-person estimate a couple days later which was much more reasonable than the quote I got from BGE Home. It wasn't an emergency, so I scheduled them to come out a couple weeks later to do the work. They showed up on time and got the job done within the expected timeframe despite an issue with my water shut off valve. Would recommend and will use them again for future plumbing issues.

I needed two projects done in my house. The appointment was easy to make over the phone. I got a message when they were on the way to my house at the agreed upon time. I got an estimate before they began and they stuck to it even though the kitchen faucet replacement was more difficult because of the thickness of the countertop.
I will definitely use them again for any future work. Danny was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

My mother-in-law noticed that we were getting water spots on the ceiling possibly from the guest bathroom upstairs leaking into the dining room below. I used Yelp's message function to reach out to a couple plumbers near by. The owner, Angela, of Donovan WaterWorks responded to my inquiry quickly. They're the only one who won't charge to come out for a diagnosis. However, there's a $150 fee for after-hours & emergency weekend service. We scheduled for an afternoon window on Monday. Dani was the plumber who came and she was very cautious of COVID safety, which we greatly appreciated, and was very friendly. She diagnosed the issue quickly - it was a malfunctioning faucet from the bathtub. Thankfully it was a quick & easy fix. Donovan WaterWorks will be my first choice for plumbing issues in the future.
