Before you call Donovan, call other plumbing services such as Greenfield in Irvington. I needed a small part replaced in a faucet that took about 20 minutes to replace. Donovan billed me for $350.00!!!! The valve cost $80 at Home Depot so I was charged $270.00 for 20 minutes of service. That's prorated to $810.00 an hour!! Even if you have the money, that's outrageous!
