Scott was sent to my home by the property manager to fix a leak underneath the sink. He not only didn't fix the leak, he CAUSED an enormous flood in my kitchen/den/laundry room. What should have been a 3 hour job has turned into a 10 day ordeal for me and my husband. Scott is dishonest, unreliable, and instead of being mortified by his own mistake and making it right immediately, he shirks responsibility and lies. He is a crook and I would never use this person to fix any plumbing issue, but more than that I would be careful allowing him into my home at all.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Called this company for installation of new water softener and filtration system. Scott showed up the next day and after only 10 minutes left to ""get parts"", called 45 minutes later to say that some water break emergency call came up and that he must attend to it. He promised to take care of it and come back in the afternoon to finish our job. Never called. I called at 3pm, he said that he'll finish the ""water break job"" tomorrow morning and will come back in the afternoon. Called him the next day, for follow up, he said ""not today, too tired fixing the water break"". I asked if he could come the next day (Saturday). He says ""no, Saturday is my time with my family, I'll be at your home on Monday at 9am sharp"". Never showed up on Monday. I called him at 10am and he said ""I'm at the doctor office with my son, as soon as I'm done, I'll come over"". Never showed up. Followed up in the afternoon, he gave another excuse. Never showed up and ignored my calls and text. I also have reasons to believe that he took some parts from my house.
So, if you'd like to treated like trash, be taken advantage of, be lied to, and be treated disrespectfully, call this plumbing company.

Thought I had a bad kitchen faucet. Scott showed up and explained how it was just the cartridge, and I could fix it myself with free parts from Moen (Lifetime guarantee). No charge! Saved me maybe $100. Since he was there I asked for a hot water heater quote as mine was over 5Yrs old. Just 4 days later it sprung a leak, and since his price was best vs others, I gave him the work. While here for that work, I asked for a price on under sink emergency-turn-off valve which wouldn't turn, and hot and cold water valves which were corroded. Again, better price than 2 others who quoted later, so I gave him the work. Can't say enough good stuff about Scott. Honest guy, quality work, good prices.

Garbage disposal stopped working this morning. Called Donnie Title plumbing and spoke to Scott. Wanted to set up an appointment for him to come to my home. He told me to try the red reset button on the bottom of the disposal under the sink first. He walked me thru what to do over the phone. It worked!!! Disposal is working fine! Saved, at the very, least $125 service call and maybe $500 from an unscrupulous plumber who would have taken advantage of me. NOW THAT'S HONESTY!!! Very rare today.
Cost of fixing garage disposal, $0. Value of dealing with an honest plumber, PRICELESS!!!! Go with Scott from Donnie Title Plumbing!!!

We have used them a couple of times. Scott has been our primary plumbing technician, but Tony took care of us this last time. We had a sewer line back up on us in our condo, he came out the next morning and he took care of the problem to our satisfaction. When we remodeled our condo two years ago, the contractor installed some closeout toilets. One of them is leaking, and Scott searched all of his sources for parts, but they are no longer available (not happy with the contractor for sticking us with his crap). Once it was determined that the parts were not available they came out the next day to install a new toilet. They are very professional, courteous, great workmanship, and timely. I will not use anyone else.

I had a hot water copper pipe leaking under the concrete foundation on my home just east of Summerlin (Fort Apache and Red Hills). I used Porch.com to look for a plumber at the suggestion of someone at Home Depot. Donnie Tittle plumbing responded and I called and made an appointment. They did not show and did not call. Not a good start. I called and they apologized and came over. They pulled back the carpet and pad and used an app on a smart phone to locate the leak using a heat signature. They pinpointed the leak using a meter and stethoscope to listen for the leak. They jack hammered a hole in the concrete, repaired the leak and patched the cement. Unlike some other companies they charged by the time spent rather than a flat fee (a fair way to do it). The total was $ 880.00... quite a bit of money but much less than the $ 1,200 to $ 2,400 I was told by my insurance company that such a repair was likely to cost. The guys were nice and did a good job. I would recommend these guys for plumbing work.

I had a very tough plumbing job and had gotten three quotes from home advisor. I had back to back tubs with leaking drains and the faucet on one of the tubs leaked. Once the tub was pulled and both drains, that were totally corroded and filled with dirt, were replaced, we found the tubs wouldn't drain, at all. The drain was snaked with no luck. The plumbers did not give up and continued to work on the drain for two days. I had my daughter coming into town the evening of the second day and was worried she wouldn't be able to use the shower during her visit. The plumber came back on the second day and worked until the drain was clear and the water in the tub was draining freely. He also installed a new tub and wall surround. After all that work their price was very reasonable. I would recommend Donnie Tittle Plumbing to everyone.

Had a 0900 appointment with this firm to install two toilets, they were a no show and didn't have the professional courtesy to call. I choose them from a slue of others from Home Advisor because they were family owned and veterans; as am I. Can't say I'd recommend them. Disappointing
