I am currently living out of state and I had a leak in our rental and Donner Plumbing came out within a day to fix the leak. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed of which the job was completed. The price was great as well. I will always use Donner Plumbing!!

Great service. Was expecting a long wait for service on the swamp cooler but was able to schedule it the same day. Technician was knowledgeable, professional and had the unit working within two hours. When I called their main office both people I spoke to were personable and pleasant.

Technicians showed up on time around 3:00pm wearing Chy-na masks. Worked a few hours and then left to return the next day about noon.
There was quite a few upgrades from old water heater installation. Job came out great. Pricing a little on the high side but then again so are most plumbing fittings. Technicians deserve five stars but then again, I didn't give my grandma five stars either.

These guys are great. I have had them out 3 times. The first guy was a bit cranky, so I thought that it might effect the quality, but I was wrong. He had solid work, worked at a fair pace. The second guy was even better! He was super knowledgable, methodical and did not waste one bit of material. Very clean job. And it was a difficult job (triple sinks, water heater and water filter). Most of all, the management was outstanding. We ran into some hiccups with materials, but these guys were on it. Quick to make it right and straight-forward. I always judge companies by how they handle the difficult situations. These guys nailed it! I'll recommend and be back!

I'm very happy with Donner Plumbing. They got me a on the schedule right away and Juan did a great job with a variety of plumbing projects I had. He showed up right on time, wore a mask, was very respectful and let me know what all the issues were.

Today Donner Plumbing & Heating sent Juan to our home. He was here at the time promised, thank you, and installed a new kitchen faucet we provided. I anticipated the install would take an hour and a half, he finished 45 minutes after he arrived!!! Thrilled with the install and the respect Juan showed during the install, protecting our counters and adhering to social distancing and wearing a mask the entire time he was in our home. This is a great plumber and we will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs. Thank you Juan and Donner Plumbing.

I have worked for companies that either used Donner Plumbing or had them as a client. I needed a plumber in a hurry and had called one I had previously used before but refused to bill me. I called up Donner and spoke with I believe his name was Kyle. He fixed me up with a plumber the next day and billed me. We still have companies that believe in customer service and Donner Plumbing is definitely one of them!

This was my 3rd time using Donner Plumbing, and it was just horrible. None of my experiences with them have been good, but they have been cheep, and being a renter I only have a small amount of say in the matter, but after this last time, I will not let these people into my home again.
The first time I used them, they were called to fix the hot water at my house - they flatly rejected my suggestion for a tank-less water heater saying they would have to install a new line to make my space work for a tank-less. Then they spent a month finding a very specific small water heater that they had to install a new line for....
The second time I used them it was to fix a leaking water faucet in the bathroom. This was in April of this year (2020) - two men showed up to my home without masks on and after replacing the cartridge declared that they could not fix it easily and that tiles would have to be removed. About 2 weeks after they installed this new cartridge, the leak went from about 4 gallons a day, to 9 gallons an hour. You read that right, 9 gallons an hour. I requested a second opinion.
Second opinion agreed that it all needed to be replaced, and so Donner was called in again. A 9:30 am time was set up for them to fix my faucet, and then to help my neighbors re-light their water heater. One repairman showed up to my house around 9:50, and asked me where my boyfriend was like he would rather not be talking to me. He put his tools down and then went to tell the neighbor that the water would be off - he came back to my house to get his tools and, without a word to me, left to go fix the neighbors problem first. When he left without a word, he used the back-door of my house, so when he returned around 11:15 AM I asked him to only use my front door, he seemed offended. He finished up around 11:45 am, and left in a hurry. He did what he was supposed to do, but when I went to look in my bathroom, about half of my white washcloths, and the tension bar on the toilet paper holder were gone. I looked around everywhere, still have not found the tension bar but found my washcloths in the outside trash, in a black trash-bag with the broken tiles. He used, and then threw away 4 of my washcloths, and for the record: there were paper towels available. Who does that?

In the photo provided I am holing up a clean washcloth, the ones in the tub are the ones he threw away.


TLDR: Mask-less in April, lack of communication, possible sexism, and they threw away possessions of mine. Do not recommend.

I called regarding a leak in my ceiling. They let me speak to a specialist, He explained the process, The next day they came, with masks on, immediately found the problem and fixed it. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I wish they did more than plumbing.

I just love these guys! They are always on time (sometimes early!), do a great job and are reasonably priced. I trust them completely! I recommend them to everyone I know, and they have all been as happy as I have been.
