I have used Donner Plumbing for a few years. They've done spring and winter maintenance and also a few plumbing issues. I have been very happy with their service. Until now. I made an appointment to have my winter maintenance done but was surprised at the amount of the bill the tech gave me. It was quite a bit higher than in the past. The tech said I should receive a copy of the invoice by email as in the past. I waited a week. Nothing in my email so I called. The young lady said she would look into it. I waited two more weeks and called again. The lady I talked to apologized and said she would send it out. I received it a couple of days later. I was surprised to see a charge for 75.00 for the hourly wage for the apprentice who came with the tech. I called Donner and asked about this charge with Quinton. Is this usual? I've never seen it before. I'm normally charged a flat rate. I also voiced that I think I should have been told ahead of time. Quinton said he would look into it and get back to me. It's been over two weeks since. No response. Being ignored? As a side note - my appointment for that day was from 1:00-3:00. They showed up at 8:00. I wasn't quite ready but went ahead and let them in. Going with another company.

Called to inquire about a recirculation pump for our on-demand tankless water heater. Asked if they have a compatible pump as I've read not all pumps are compatible and would give the model nunber. Service tech wasn't interested and said ""if the Tech had to research and run around to find a pump it would be billable hours"". So I then stated he was unable to help me to which he replied ""yes he was unable to help me"" so I stated I'll call a different plumber. Now their site says they will help me but this guy just lost business for his company.

This company is amazing and its reputation unwavering. It has stood the test of time delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.

From the first conversation I had with Mike and then Neil regarding my failing evaporative cooler and the fear of having to replace the unit to feeling confident that I was working with a company with values, honesty and they genuinely cared about my situation.

The technician arrived and I explained to him that I was hopeful that he could ""save"" my AC because purchasing a whole new unit was not in the budget. We went up on the roof together and he showed me some of the issues, and then he provided solutions. He was able to get my AC up and running. YES! We will not have to face the summer in heated misery. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just down right amazing. I was dancing with joy!

I was very impressed with their work and their customer service.
It starts with a friendly hello from the receptionist, then Neil takes over and is always there to answer any questions or concerns, especially when you don't know a thing about plumbing or HVAC systems. ( like me!)

John came out to do the service on my HVAC and communicated so well with what was needed to be done. He was so courteous and efficient. I was very impressed!
I truly appreciate having cool air in my home, thanks to Donner Plumbing and heating.

I am currently living out of state and I had a leak in our rental and Donner Plumbing came out within a day to fix the leak. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed of which the job was completed. The price was great as well. I will always use Donner Plumbing!!

Great service. Was expecting a long wait for service on the swamp cooler but was able to schedule it the same day. Technician was knowledgeable, professional and had the unit working within two hours. When I called their main office both people I spoke to were personable and pleasant.

Technicians showed up on time around 3:00pm wearing Chy-na masks. Worked a few hours and then left to return the next day about noon.
There was quite a few upgrades from old water heater installation. Job came out great. Pricing a little on the high side but then again so are most plumbing fittings. Technicians deserve five stars but then again, I didn't give my grandma five stars either.

These guys are great. I have had them out 3 times. The first guy was a bit cranky, so I thought that it might effect the quality, but I was wrong. He had solid work, worked at a fair pace. The second guy was even better! He was super knowledgable, methodical and did not waste one bit of material. Very clean job. And it was a difficult job (triple sinks, water heater and water filter). Most of all, the management was outstanding. We ran into some hiccups with materials, but these guys were on it. Quick to make it right and straight-forward. I always judge companies by how they handle the difficult situations. These guys nailed it! I'll recommend and be back!

I'm very happy with Donner Plumbing. They got me a on the schedule right away and Juan did a great job with a variety of plumbing projects I had. He showed up right on time, wore a mask, was very respectful and let me know what all the issues were.
