The customer service was top notch. They were able to get us scheduled on short notice the next day (which was a Saturday). They then called to check in during the day and also to let me know when the technician was finishing up the previous appointment. The technician called earlier in the day to give me instructions for preparing the system so that he can save time working on it (letting it run and thaw out if there is build up). The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite (as was everyone that I interacted with there). Highly recommend.

Donmar has been servicing our heating and AC systems for 16 years. We get the annual contract which includes system checks in the spring and fall. They are always responsive and fair. Our tech for most of that time has been Mark. He is neat and efficient and honest. What more can you ask for!?

We've been doing business with Donmar for several years. They installed a hybrid system in our home a few years ago, and we're very pleased with the system and their support. This month we called them in to do a checkup on the A/C unit at my daughter and her husband's townhouse. Paul spent s great deal of time answering our questions and and making suggestions to improve the quality of comfort upstairs. The unit did need a new motor. Pricing was good. Donna called the next day with the pricing and set up the appointment. Paul came out and installed the motor. Can't say enough good things about Donmar. We'll keep going back!

I have done business with Donmar since 1997. They always give me a fair deal, shoot straight and I can trust what they are telling me. Their techs wear the booties and are polite. I put it an extensive HVAC system a few years ago, there were some technology bugs, but Donmar was there every step of the way to make things right. Donna has been calling me for years to remind me of my warranty service. I recommend Donmar for all of your HVAC needs!

Edgar and Javier did a fabulous job installing our new whole-house humidifier! They were professional, right on time, and very kind and courteous! I am simply blown away by the attention to detail, the testing to make sure everything was working properly, and the time taken to explain the whole system to both my husband and me! If I could give 0 or negative I would! Very unprofessional first of all and second, if you are a female, they'll take advantage and act as if you know nothing and treat you that way! I was very disgusted by the way I was treated and when I called their head office to tell them, I was told I would get reimbursed my money for the service call fee. The lady told me she would call me back a couple of days later to get my info and she did. A week later, I checked my bank and the money didn't go through. I just called and they sent me to Don to chat and his exact words ""I was waiting to hear your side of the story."" EXCUSE ME! You had someone gather my card info and say I was being reimbursed when that wasn't your intention at all. Will never use this company ever again and will make sure others watch their back who do use them. They'll lie and take advantage of you.

They are great. They quickly went out with two days to fix an air conditioning system in my rental property. I was skeptical believing that many vendors might try to charge a lot but not Donmar. They charged a reasonable amount My tenant is happy and so am I.

To be honest I called DonMar the first time because their sticker was on the side of the HVAC in the house we had just bought. It was 11:00 pm on a Saturday night and outside temps were in the upper 20's when our heater quit working. We called and got voicemail that said they would call back soon (I was thinking yeah, right) but no, they literally called within 5 minutes and said they were on their way. They showed up 20 minutes later and had us back up and running and the bill was reasonable (we were expecting a large bill for the middle of the night emergency visit and were shocked when it wasn't). So with that being said, we were convinced that if we bought another house we would use Donmar again. So fast forward 3 years and a different house, I called them to do a checkup on the system in our house (which is quite old). They showed up the next day on time. Went through the house with a fine tooth comb and even changed our filters with new ones that the previous owner had left us (no charge). But here is why you SHOULD call them....I had a taxi coming to pick me up in less than an hour for an international flight when the water went out in the house. All I asked was did he have any suggestions of what I should do who I should call. He proceeds to go downstairs and look over my water pump and tells me that he is not familiar with water pumps/wells but his boss was and he would call him and get his opinion. He calls his boss and tells him the situation and he walked him through the repair (which turned out to be something very simple but I certainly didn't know what was wrong)! They fixed it!! Who does this anymore? He could have left me there with no water and departing for a 27 hour international flight and no way to shower! He wasn't a water pump guy...he was an HVAC guy and stayed out of the kindness of his heart. And his boss walked him through some troubleshooting until my water came back on. I cannot say enough about the intergrity of this company. I actually get a little teary eyed just thinking about. They show up on time, they don't try to upsell you, they are honest, and just an overall pleasure to do business with.

What great service and expertise. Don took care of me when I needed a thermostat replaced on a Saturday morning. Mark came out and did an outstanding job the same day in installing the new thermostat when no other contractor was available. He identified other HVAC issues I was having and will definitely have them back to fix issues from a faulty initial contractor. I highly recommend Donmar!
