Our hot water was only a trickle. Neighbor on Silverstrand recommended Donlon. Boy were they right. Mark Melton showed up on time, 3 hrs after I called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem which turned out to be a nipple on top of the water heater. He didnt try to up sell to a new heater. And then he fixed a leaky shower head. All done within an hour, no drama, just great results. Very very satisfied. Will be a Donlon customer from here on in.

Water heater had
broken. Sent pictures as requested. Got quote and set appt. installers came on time and told me I had to buy a direct drive water heater because of new California regulations.
Cost difference over $1000 ( more than twice original quote). Didn't have much choice- needed hot water). Staff was pleasant. New water heater works. At over $2000 , it better last for very long, long time.

Donlon Plumbing saves the day & gets my gas line repaired. Donlon Plumbing came out on a Sunday afternoon to locate a ruptured gas line within my garage walls caused by a motorcycle accident. By, Monday morning they're we're back at it with the repaired being completed by mid morning. If you give DP a call you'll receive top notch repair service & great customer care from their office staff. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Donlon installed our tankless water heater. We have an older house with all the attendant ""surprises"" from strangely routed water lines, to less than desirable access routes. They did a wonderful job. Everybody was clean about their work and expertly accomplished. The main reason for the 5 stars though is the post installation support. This outfit, from the office staff to the hands-on folks were there to answer questions and take care of any loose ends. They're our plumbers we'll be calling for the next project.

My water heater wasn't working for 4 days and I was crazy calling plumbing companies, the manufacturer and everyone I thought could help me. Nobody would come as soon as I need and I needed it quickly because The heater was in my business. Finally I called Donlon and I am so glad I did. They came in 2 hours and by the next day I had a new heater installed and hot water running. And they don't rip you off. Price is fair, service is good. They are really attentive answering the phone and the guys who came to install the heater are helpfull and very professional.

Called Monday 12/18 regarding a clogged/leaky kitchen sink and an estimate for washer/dryer hookups install. Earliest avail. appt was Thursday 12/21. David Guzman arrived on time. David was very professional and friendly. He replaced the faucet and angle stop under the sink. He snaked the drain and it appeared to be cleared, but as he was about leave we discovered the shower was full of rusted water. We waved for David to come back inside, without complaint or additional charges he snaked the shower drain, cleared the clog, and rinsed the shower of the rust residue. I can't speak for all the plumbers that work for Donlon, since I have only dealt with David, but we were very pleased with David Guzman. My only complaints, which have nothing to do with David, is that it took 3 days to get service and the estimate for the washer/dryer hookups that I was told I would get on Thursday and now it is Friday, was never given, so I guess I will have to call another plumber for an estimate. Had the service been quicker and the promised estimate given I would have given 5 stars. We are certainly going to recommend and Donlon Plumbing and David Guzman specifically to others here at Santa Paula airport.

Pete, Anna and the entire Donlon crew are so accommodating and professional. I contacted them just before moving into our fixer upper and they repaired almost everything on the home inspection report. I say almost everything because they were honest with what wasn't absolutely necessary to repair. This kind of integrity is so helpful when you're taking on a lot of home repairs!
