Very happy with the service we received from DoneRite Plumbing. We called in the morning and were able to get someone out that afternoon. After showing Jim McKinney the problem he gave us a quote and walked us through the process he would do to fix the problem. All through the service he kept us informed, from letting us know approximately when we could turn the water back on to possible smells we might have from the soldering process. Jim stayed on task and finished in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Very impressed with the level of service, the price was reasonable and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

The last thing you want when returning from vacation is a broken pipe and your water shut off. DoneRite was referred to me and I immediately called them when returning home. Travis showed up within a few hours, gave me an estimate, and repaired our pipe. Travis was very friendly and educated me on the problem and solution. I am very relieved to have the water back on heading into the weekend! I felt the prices were fair and honest. I highly recommend these guys.

This is the first time we've used DoneRite because Roto-Rooter doesn't know how to work with peoples' schedules.

Alex came to our house, and we were please with his appearance and professional mannerism. He unclogged both of our bathtubs and during the job he thoroughly answered every question we had. To make it even better, he did a fantastic job cleaning up after himself. Overall, we highly recommend this company and Alex if you have any plumbing needs!

My husband and I were super impressed with DoneRite and will 100% call them for any future plumbing issues.
The stopper in our bathtub was stuck, preventing the water from draining and making the shower unusable. I called about the issue and they sent out Jim and Nathan the very next day. They fixed our issue and were extremely nice, professional, and answered any of our questions in great detail.

November 2018-I was in need of a small hot water heater overflow valve repair, it was not an emergency but it was urgent. They made the time in their schedule to accommodate a rush, very nice folks, the repair was done efficiently and the repair person (sorry can't recall his name) was very pleasant. Incredible service! I called today to inquire about what it'd cost to have a new faucet put in as ours was leaking and they scheduled me for an estimate for tomorrow. I got a call a few hours later that they had time to come and look at it today so they came and gave me an estimate within an hour of my call! Then he asked if we wanted the work done now! I was thrilled and they got two new faucets installed in record time! Great service, fast, efficient and friendly!

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. First they charge a dispatch fee. I had no problem with that except the person who showed up figured out the problem in about 1 minute. Then proceeded to quote me $567 dollars to replace a kitchen sink fixture. It cost me $100 for the sink fixture and less than an hour to do it myself. Also quoted me $267 to replace a hose bib. Not sure what is going on but Judson's charged $200 to completely redo the piping under the sink. Go to Judson's.
