Unfortunately I never received a call back after leaving a message, and then when my fiancé got a hold of someone and asked to schedule a service we very bluntly got a ""we're booked"" and hung up. Like duh I know your booked I'm trying to make an appointment guess they don't need or want business

Travis from DoneRite relocated our washer set-up from the pantry to the garage, and we were very happy with his work. When he came by and gave us the quote, he was very thorough when explaining to us the logistics of the work and then provided us with a detailed quote on his iPad. (This, after someone from another company looked at the space for 30 seconds and then spit out a number almost twice what DoneRite quoted us.) The work came to a bit over $1200 and it exactly matched what he had quoted. The washer's been hooked up now for over a month and everything seems to be working perfectly.

He was also helpful in taking a look at our water heater and advising us on a replacement. We'll definitely be giving them a call when we're ready to have that job completed!

Our little boy flushed his Lightning McQueen toy car down the toilet on Friday afternoon, which caused it to back up and then very slowly drain. We tried using an auger and flushing it repeatedly to see if it would move the toy through, but it didn't seem to help. It wasn't overflowing or anything, and we didn't want to pay any off-hours fees for a non-emergency, so we waited until Monday morning to contact plumbers.

I requested a quote through yelp, and DoneRite got back to me very quickly. I called and spoke with Ashley on the phone, who was very friendly and helpful. Even though we had a non-emergency issue, she still was able to get us on the schedule for the following morning (other places had us out a week or a week and a half)! She said that Alex would be there between 9 and 11 (other places had given 5-hour windows) and that he would call 20-30 minutes ahead of arriving.

While making sure the bathroom was ready for Alex the day of the appointment, we flushed the toilet one more time, and we heard the car go ""clunk, clunk, clunk"" down the drain somewhere in there. The toilet started flushing like normal, and we flushed it a good 10 times to be sure.

I called Ashley again and told her what had happened and that it seemed we wouldn't be needing Alex to come out after all. She was very understanding and friendly, and she didn't charge us any sort of cancellation fee (not sure if this is typical or not with plumbing appointments, but I was surprised, nonetheless). I told her that I had been very pleased with their customer service throughout the whole scheduling process and that we would keep their number at the top of the list for any future plumbing issues we might run into!

Taylor hooked up my new refrigerator's ice maker. He was very knowledgeable and knew just what needed to be done. I will call them again when I need plumbing services. I definitely recommend them to others.

and they were done in a little over an hour.

This review is a bit late but still worth writing. I had a few plumbing issues inside my house (sink detached from wall, slow drains, and garbage disposal inspection) as well as outside (drains were flooding/clogged). Tylor fixed all of the issues inside my house and was friendly/easy to work with. Some of the issues I had magically fixed themselves with him just standing there lol.

For the outside drain issues I was assisted by Alex their drain specialist. He is super good at his job and went above and beyond to help me. Very thorough and knowledgeable. The only critique I had is he got pulled away several times for other jobs so it took a couple weeks to get the job done but he did get it done and didn't cut corners. I would highly recommend this company.

Side note: as a graphic designer, I think their signage is dope

Very happy with the service we received from DoneRite Plumbing. We called in the morning and were able to get someone out that afternoon. After showing Jim McKinney the problem he gave us a quote and walked us through the process he would do to fix the problem. All through the service he kept us informed, from letting us know approximately when we could turn the water back on to possible smells we might have from the soldering process. Jim stayed on task and finished in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Very impressed with the level of service, the price was reasonable and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

The last thing you want when returning from vacation is a broken pipe and your water shut off. DoneRite was referred to me and I immediately called them when returning home. Travis showed up within a few hours, gave me an estimate, and repaired our pipe. Travis was very friendly and educated me on the problem and solution. I am very relieved to have the water back on heading into the weekend! I felt the prices were fair and honest. I highly recommend these guys.
