He installed a security door for us, which is something that really needs to be done right. Never good to cut corners for a house project and always want it to be done right. After 22years my heavy double front entry doors started to sag causing misalignment. This prevented the doors from latching. I knew I needed assistance, as the doors were too difficult to handle by myself. I was impressed with Klims reviews and contacted him. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly on the date and time agreed on. He had all the tools and hardware necessary. He discovered only 2 of the 4 hinge screws actually went into a stud. The other 2 only went through the trim, but there was no supporting stud behind. The screws were also too short. Klim just so happen to have longer hinge screws and replaced the 2 that screwed into the stud. This allowed the hinges to be snugly secured, fixing the problem.

Klim is pleasant, analytical, patient and capable of doing good finish work. I will definitely use his services again.

I've used Klim two times, once for electrical and once for carpentry. He did a great job both times. Reasonable price quality work. I would rather keep this a secret, but he deserves the work. Five stars!

I am afraid of ladders. So I hired Klim to come and replace smoke detector batteries, some burned out light bulbs, and the AC filters. He answered me right away, and was able to come on the same day. He is very quick and efficient, and he did a great job. I have two special needs adult daughters who were here in the house while he was working, and he was very pleasant and unfazed by all of the eccentricities of our home- including my own odd piles of clutter from my online business. I felt very comfortable with him here, he did a terrific job, and I will definitely be hiring him again.
