He installed a security door for us, which is something that really needs to be done right. Never good to cut corners for a house project and always want it to be done right. He installed it perfectly flush, straight, and balanced. He was right on time too and commutation leading up to the install day was great. After 22years my heavy double front entry doors started to sag causing misalignment. This prevented the doors from latching. I knew I needed assistance, as the doors were too difficult to handle by myself. I was impressed with Klims reviews and contacted him. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly on the date and time agreed on. He had all the tools and hardware necessary. He discovered only 2 of the 4 hinge screws actually went into a stud. The other 2 only went through the trim, but there was no supporting stud behind. The screws were also too short. Klim just so happen to have longer hinge screws and replaced the 2 that screwed into the stud. This allowed the hinges to be snugly secured, fixing the problem.

Klim is pleasant, analytical, patient and capable of doing good finish work. I will definitely use his services again.
