After 22years my heavy double front entry doors started to sag causing misalignment. This prevented the doors from latching. I knew I needed assistance, as the doors were too difficult to handle by myself. I was impressed with Klims reviews and contacted him. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly on the date and time agreed on. He had all the tools and hardware necessary. He discovered only 2 of the 4 hinge screws actually went into a stud. The other 2 only went through the trim, but there was no supporting stud behind. The screws were also too short. Klim just so happen to have longer hinge screws and replaced the 2 that screwed into the stud. This allowed the hinges to be snugly secured, fixing the problem.

Klim is pleasant, analytical, patient and capable of doing good finish work. I will definitely use his services again.

I am afraid of ladders. So I hired Klim to come and replace smoke detector batteries, some burned out light bulbs, and the AC filters. He answered me right away, and was able to come on the same day. He is very quick and efficient, and he did a great job. I have two special needs adult daughters who were here in the house while he was working, and he was very pleasant and unfazed by all of the eccentricities of our home- including my own odd piles of clutter from my online business. I felt very comfortable with him here, he did a terrific job, and I will definitely be hiring him again.

Long overdue review.
My mother hired Klim twice in the last few months. First time to fixes kitchen cabinets.
Second time to install about 16 feet of fence with new posts.
Klim did an excellent job both times.
He is a great guy also, I met him when he was doing the kitchen job.

I contacted Klim with DoneDeal Handyman yesterday to see if I could hire him asap to install our man door in the garage so we could get our house painted next week. He responded right away and said that he could do it the next day. He gave us a very fair price and worked in the sweltering heat with no complaints. I had never met him, so this isn't coming from a friend or family member. I highly recommend him! You won't be disappointed!

After this past rainy season, the area next to our skylight had mold, which we recently had removed. We reached out to Klim to replace the dry wall and paint to restore the area to it's orignal state. As you can see from the photos, he did a great job. Klim was a pleasure to work with, we appreciated his professionalism and prompt responses throughout the process. We will definitly use DoneDeal Handyman Services again. Highly recommend!
