They were scheduled to come between 12-2 on Friday, then called, said they were running behind and changed the window from 2-4. Then they called again and said there was no way they would be able to make it out today. They offered no solution. Just ""sorry, not happening today.""
Ken L.I have a home warranty. They called done with pride because they could come out one day earlier then another company. They blew me off on the day they scheduled. I feel they did inferior installation and when I asked the owner to call me to discuss he or she blew me off also. Very dissatisfied
NIcki D.We used them through our home warranty program for some leaks we had in our new home. The ""plumber"" that was sent out said he fixed everything. However, 2 of 3 leaks were not fixed. Called them back and they sent Dimitri back even though we requested someone else. I asked to see his plumbers license and it said that he was an apprentice and stated direct supervision, it also looked like it expired in 2015. When I questioned his license he wouldn't answer my questions and called his boss who told me he couldn't answer my questions because he wasn't a plumber... I was told they would call back to reschedule with someone else and instead they called back to say they would refund our deductible for the warranty. Seems kind of shady to me.
