Done Rite was very responsive and came out right away to check out a leak in our garage. Our technician was Andre and he was awesome. He was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel a lot better about the situation. We just bought this house and we were told we would need a new water heater soon, and he confirmed that was the issue. He even called a restoration company for us so that they could assess some damage that was not part of Done Rite's services. We got a very fair and reasonable quote for the new water heater, and we'll be going through Done Rite for future plumbing needs.

Thank you to Ryan Teal for fixing my minor outdoor plumbing rust issue with a quote and scheduled repair later in the week. Ryan is charismatic and clearly enjoys his job. Once I learned that ""plumbers"" also rectify gas line issues I asked for his opinion and quote on a broken valve. He never got back to me even after calling in to request the quote again. Ryan said he was busy that Friday and I understood with the expectation I would have the quote on Monday and then Wednesday-no quote-now I have to look for another plumbing company. Customer service is helpful but not overly empathetic (but geez I imagine they get dozens of calls a day), so at a basic level the couple times I have called them being ""matter of fact"" is not egregious. My only thought here is that management reconsider their compensation structure. Ryan says he gets 18% of every job, so fixing a broken valve is probably not more than $200. I can see why he wouldn't want to come back, he has 3 kids! But that's just not a great practice to build long term reputation or relationships. Hope this helps Done Rite Management!

First and importantly the office customer service deserves a five star rating. I promptly received a reply to my request for a quote, then we set up a service date and was notified with reminders. So why did I give a two star rating? Well, why send a technician to my house to review the service I needed, be told I would receive a quote upon his return to the shop, then never receive a quote after waiting three days? I estimated this project would cost $3000 to $4000. Certainly this is something any plumbing company would be willing to take on. Oh well their loss since I chose another company for my project.

Follow up review. Jordan call me today to apologize. He then sent me via email a quote.

I've had Done Rite come out twice for Electrical and once for Plumbing. Todd (electric) and Ryan (plumbing) were both professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service skills. Since Done Rite has us covered in all major areas, they're busy year round and don't have to overcharge during peak seasons. They're a great value. I don't want to forget the dispatch team, who go out of their way to get the best pro on their team to you ASAP. Thank you Done Rite!

We recently bought a tankless Rinnai water heater and had trouble with it day on. I spent hours on the phone with the company who made it, and the non certified plumber who put it in could not fix it even with the company's help. It was the noisiest contraption in the house. The Company suggested I change plumbers to Done Rite because they were certified on the unit and Danny came out and fixed it in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this plumbing service if you buy a Rinnai.

We recently moved into a new home and I found Done Rite through Yelp as I was hoping to have some fixtures (both plumbing and electrical) changed out as well as having some repairs on several showers done.
From the first phone call everyone was super friendly, responsive, and helpful, and both of the technicians I dealt with (for estimate and the repairs) were just fantastic - Matt even found a replacement part for one of the showers which simplified the job immensely!
We had not known about these guys earlier this summer when our HVAC gave out and although the place we called did a fine job I am absolutely elated to know we can call Done Artie for any future needs with that too.
These folks are everything you are looking for in a service company - knowledgeable, responsive, nice, and a local shop (not a big chain) who I truly feel has very fair pricing and isn't trying to make an extra buck off a customer. We will absolutely be return customers going forward, thanks Done Rite!

I ordered a new over the range microwave from Home Depot and requested installation. When HD came out they found the old microwave was hardwired into the electrical and couldn't do it. I called another electrician who came out and said they couldn't do it because they can't take the old microwave down. Called another electrician who told me over the phone they wouldn't take the old one down either. I called Done Rite and Todd came out to give me an estimate. He said they could take the old microwave, install an outlet and even install the new microwave! He scheduled the follow up appointment for me on the spot and told me they had a female electrician that would accompany him for the install. I am delighted that the company employs a female for a traditionally male dominated occupation. I received reminder notifications and Todd & Navaugh showed on time and had the work done in less than an hour & 1/2. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the price. I will definitely be using them for future projects and will be recommending them to my female friends who prefer a female techs!!

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs. Needed someone to replace/troubleshoot a faulty gfci switch. Dustin quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed in no time at all.

I had an emergency and my warranty company wasn't responding. I called this company and they sent someone right away. The technician was able to get the AC going. The technician and the people I dealt with at the office were very professional and experienced. I would highly recommend them. It's nice to find a reliable business.
