I installed a bathroom light fixture myself, and subsequently lost power to the entire bathroom...so they came out not only fixed the problem but also fixed the reason why it all fell apart in the first place.

Todd gave us great service, great advice, and was very knowledgeable. Even from the first phone call, he asked exactly the right questions and seemed incredibly competent. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from Done Rite Services. I contacted through yelp and got back an almost instant response on a Sunday after my Hot Water Tank started leaking. Talked to a service rep, I believe it was Todd, very friendly and explained what was needed over the phone. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. They arrived promptly for appointment. Removed old tank and expertly installed new tank. They even went above and beyond helping deal with the home warranty company. Will definitely use again and will
Recommend.

Update: I had such a good experience with my hot water tank I called them when my home AC went out. I noticed around 5pm that my home AC went out. I called at 5:10 pm, by 7:15pm my AC was fixed and cooling my house again. The tech was polite and arrived on time. Another 5 star service call.

Woke up to my ac not working, which is no fun during the Tucson summer. Made some calls around town and Done Rite got back to me the same day with availability. Was told a technician would be at my house from 1-3 pm. Someone showed up right at 1pm which was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He wore a mask and was very friendly. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to friends and family!

There's not much like coming home to a hot house in the middle of summer, but that's exactly what happened. After calling my home warranty place, they referred us to some random company with poor reviews. After being unable to even get in touch with them, I contacted my warranty place back and said I would like to find my own contractor... and after having Robert with Done Rite come out, I knew we made the right choice. He was very responsive, professional, and was able to fix the problem that same day. I would recommend calling Done Rite for all of your HVAC needs.
