He's guaranteed that whatever he does for your home will end up a mess. John S. Is Unlicensed uninsured just a handyman passing himself He's a professional plumber and air-conditioning guy. He has no team he has no office he basically works out of his truck beware!

I'm a sub contractor specializing in hot mop services which John hires me to hot mop the shower at his job in San Clemente which he has yet to pay me after a month. It was supposed to be paid upon completion. He wasn't there so I trusted John to pay the next day. Which he hasn't and hasn't returned my call or text since. I just want to get paid for the job I did. Anybody looking at doing work for this guy make sure you're paid prior. He lacks integrity and is spineless.

Hired Done Rite Plumbing Heating Cooling I had a problem with rain water going into my garage. John said oh I see the problem all they did was put very small drain to prevent the water from coming in. That did not work. John said to call the company that installed the door I did I was told they could put a thicker rubber the door but would not help.They did tell what to get I told John what he needed to get and Home Depot sells it. He claims he order it waited 2 more days he brought the rubber told him it would not work. He told me to buy a sand bag i did. i wound up buying a trap and I put it up to the garage door. I took a picture of what I did and he said that will work, then I asked for my money back. coast me $600.00 and my garage still has a problem. At this time i am trying to get my money back.

Hired Done Rite Plumbing Heating Cooling to put AC in my home. Now as I install Solar, Edison tells me that the AC is not installed to code. It doesn't have proper clearance. John Solomon at Done Rite said all along everything would be to code. Now Done Rite's position is, ""it works good"". Followed up by, ""you didn't have a problem with it before"". He doesn't deny that he knew it wasn't installed to code. When I pointed out that he knew it wasn't to code and installed it like that anyway, John says, ""I'm not eating the cost on this"" and now wants to charge me to re-do it since he knowingly did it wrong the first time. No integrity.
