I had possibly a bad toilet flange causing a leak from the second floor toilet to the ceiling below. I wanted someone to come take a look, the same day if possbile. Called Done-Rite and they were able to send someone right away (15-20min). The tech, Logan P., arrived and troubleshot my problem. He then explained my repair options. The repair I chose could take about a couple hours to complete, but since it was late in the afternoon, Logan recommended doing it the next day, which was OK with me. I was his first appt of the next day and he came back at 8:15 as he promised. He cut out the bad flange and installed a new one so that the new one was even with the floor. The old flange was sitting too low below the floor, so maybe that was causing the wax ring not to seal good and cause a leak. Once he was done with the flange, he reinstalled the toilet, and performed mulitple flush checks to ensure there were no leaks. He worked fast, and the quallty of his work was good. There was a lot of ABS pipe ""sawdust"" on the floor since he had to cut the old flange out, but he cleaned up afterwards and you couldn't tell any work was done- it was nice and clean. The pricing was reasonable for the work done. I usually do a lot of DIY repairs on the house, but I wasn't comfortable working on a second floor toilet flange, where if I messed up, I could flood the ceiling below, so that's why I called a plumbing company. Overall, I was extremely happy with the company in setting up the appointment and the pricing( and with the invoice, Logan attached pictures of the work, before and after, so I'd have a record of it), and extremely happy with the service provided by Logan. I will continue to use Done-Rite in the future.

I had my water heater rupture on a Sunday afternoon. I message Done-Rite to set up a service repair call. I didnt expect a call back on Sunday but they called back within 30 min and had an appointment set for Monday. On Monday the guys showed up early and I was provided a detail of options. 2 hours later a new tankless water heater was up and running. Excellent service. Very happy

OK, this is embarrassing, but we had a sewage line that was clogged for a few weeks. I refused to pay the money to have a professional come and unclog it. So I put copper sulfate crystals for a few weeks, but nothing worked. I ended up having to call Danny and he fixed it in a few minutes. It was my connection from my clean out that had roots that came in between the ABS connector. Now we can go back to using our shower and our bathrooms. Danny, the plumber, and Tiffany, the customer service lady who made the appointment were super professional and super helpful! Also, very, very, very friendly! Highly recommend this company. Honest people.

The owner was fast to respond to my initial call and made sure I was accommodated in a timely manner. Logan came out to replace the hoses on my washing machine. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, how long the procedure would take, and what it would cost. He even cleaned up all of the lint sitting behind the washer after pulling it out from the back of the wall. Logan is a breath of fresh air! He is courteous, professional and goes the extra mile for his customers with a big smile on his face! Thank you Logan!

Dave is great! I called because my water softener wouldn't shut off and instead of charging me to come out and see it, he walked me through step by step on how to shut it off myself over the phone. He could have easily offered to send someone out and charged me for a quote, but he saved me time, money, and a huge headache. I truly appreciate his honesty and help! I'll definitively be calling him when I'm ready to change my water softener or for any other plumbing issue.

A few stumbles, but I DID end up with the toilet replacement I was looking for.
Seeing really good reviews on Google, I tried using the 'message sent thru Google' means of reaching out & that did nothing. SO, I went old school & just called. Tiffany was very polite & helpful in getting me a plumber that week...& great text communication throughout the process.
Sean came out, measured for a new toilet, and was also very friendly & polite. There turned out to be a communication issue & we ended up with the wrong type and size of toilet for the bathroom. Bothered by the situation (the toilet was too high for my use), I called Tiffany the next morning for some help with this, she spoke to the manager & Dave called me back quickly and personally.
He arranged to have Sean return later that day & install the proper type & size of toilet. Sean was polite, respectful & worked hard to make sure that we had a proper toilet installation...by the end of the week as I needed. My roommate was pleased to see it when he returned.

Unfortunately, our house was built in the 1950s and the sewer lines were made of orangeburg pipes that were now failing. Christian, Victor, and Arturo from Done-Rite did a great job of replacing the orangeburg using the ""bursting"" technique to install new poly pipe that should last for many decades without problems. We appreciate their professional and courteous manner and how they were able to get the job done in one day. Would definitely recommend Done-Rite.
