From my frantic phone call to Alissa, who calmed me down and set up a same day appt for us with Chris, who did such a great job of explaining his entire process. He made us feel so comfortable and safe. Our emergency was short lived because of the professional care from Done-Rite Plumbing, we highly recommend their services!

Done Rite SAVED us!! We had window installers at our home yesterday and in the process of taking one of the windows off, the window fell on the hose pipe that comes out from the house and burst the pipe. Had to shut off the water and pray someone would be able to fix it that day! I called David was at the house within the hour!!! Fixed the broken pipe and done within 2! Really Nice guy and great customer service! THANK YOU!!!

I chose Done Rite Plumbing & Rooter because of the Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. I was able to obtain appointments promptly and on one occasion, Dave came to my house the same day I called. He has fixed all the problems I've had thus far and provided me with very reasonable prices. Elise also provided great customer service and always kept me informed of dates and times of appointments.

I had Dave video my sewer latetal. Fast response and he knew and provided exactly what the Sanitation District wanted. I also recommended him to a friend who had a plugged sewer layeral (roots). He quoted a price and did the job so that flow was restored. I told my Dad to call him but he doesn't come to Costa Mesa anymore. :(

Chris was so honest, friendly and funny! Great service. Had an awful day plus a mainline blockage, on Easter weekend. I needed to fix it that day and called five different plumbers. He came when he said he would. he used a camera to show me everything that was wrong, a solution for now and a plan for later at a reasonable rate. No fluff! I highly recommend done rite!

I called Done Right plumbing around 10 am and they were able to send someone out right away by noon. Our garbage disposal was broken and Dave had it fixed within 10 minutes. Great service and very friendly! Highly recommend if you want a job done fast and professional!

Dave responded to my email inquiry on Yelp within an hour. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00am. I received a text when Chris was on his way, and he called me when he arrived a few minutes early. He looked at all of the leaking faucets, took them apart to determine the cause, and gave me a price quote. When I told him to proceed he left for the plumbing supply warehouse. When he returned about an hour later, he repaired all of the faucets and the tubs. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept everything clean and neat, and completed the work quickly. The may not be the cheapest plumbers you can get, but their quality and professionalism provide great value.

Couldn't be happier with the service and pricing from David and Done right. We had an emergency at 7:30 at night and he dropped what he was doing to get us taken care of and up and running. Extremely professional and clean! Couldn't recommend them anymore!
