The guys at Done-Rite are awesome. Dave took my emergency call at 6:30AM and had Austin and Jimmy at my house to repair my main water line shortly thereafter. Both guys were extremely professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Done-Rite Plumbing saved the day! I called before opening hours on the Monday after a holiday weekend with a plumbing emergency, and had someone scheduled to come out later that day within 5 minutes. We had a new water heater installed in our home. It's tricky because it's upstairs. The technician arrived on time. He put down protection on our floors. He explained everything he was going to do. He was thorough and installed the water heater correctly. He cleaned up everything and left our home tidy. He was friendly and polite. We would highly recommend Done Rite!

Done-Rite has helped us again! I had a leak yesterday, and though they are closed on Sundays they still answered the phone and made my appointment. Austin came over right on time and replaced and installed my garbage disposal in less than an hour! Very impressive. The best part was that he even checked to see if my old disposal was under warranty for me. I always appreciate the quick, honest, and quality service.

Needed a new toilet because ours was old and not flushing through anymore. After going to Home Depot and being told someone would call us in 2 days to setup an appointment (which no one ever called, had to call myself) only to find out they couldn't come out until over a week later, I called this company and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning! The labor was about $15 cheaper, they arrived on time, took less than 2 hours and it was installed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Update- Austin did our second toilet and he did an excellent job!! Very professional and informative. We will continue to use this company as needed!

I have used Done - Rite Plumbing twice now and they are my Go-To plumbing service whenever I have an issue. I found them several months ago on Yelp and they exceeded my expectations. I, of course, forgot to give them a Yelp review but when my husband began to hear water in my wall, I immediately told my husband, ""I'm going to call Done -Rite,"" because I knew they would and could fix it. The owner is amazing, he answered my phone call during off hours, as he was headed to another plumbing emergency and true to his word, Done - Rite was there the next day, issue fixed. They are honest, open, and really care about what they do. Not only myself, but several of my neighbors use Done - Rite as well, and whenever a neighbor has a plumbing issue, I always refer them to Done - Rite.

My garbage disposal started leaking last night. It had already been giving me some trouble, so I decided the time had come for a replacement. I called Done-Rite and Sarah answered my questions and gave a quote for the new disposal and replacement. Danny came within the hour and replaced the old one with a new one. Afterward, I asked him about a number of other plumbing issues I had, and he walked around the house with me giving me quotes and ideas without being pushy or upselling. I will be using Done-Rite for my new sink faucet and other plumbing projects in the future, emergency or planned.

Cost: $135 for Badger 5, 1/2 horse power disposal. $250 for removal and replacement. One-year parts and labor warranty included. Total: $385.

Had heard glowing reports about Done-Rite Plumbing and when the occasion called for me to contact a plumbing firm, I called Done-Rite. The tenants in my commercial building had expressed a concern about an odor emanating in their break room. The technician, Christian, arrived at the property location on time and accessed the situation. He determined that it might be a gas leak and not a sewer issue. After the gas company gives us their report, if it is an issue that can be performed by Done-Rite, I will definitely call on them to take care of the problem. Christian called me to go over his report with me and wanted to know if I had any further questions. Great attitude...great company IMO.

Done-Rite you definitely done it right!! I called them on 8/24 for a clogged bathroom/shower that was literally going to flood into our room! Called Done-Rite plumbing and owner Dave was able to get his plumber to come out same day and within less than than 20-30mins plumber was out here. The plumber we had his name was Austin ..he provided great customer service and was very thorough on explaining the issue and getting it resolved right away. Thank you for your service and if anyone needs a plumber definitely call them!! :)
