On a Sunday, my water heating tank began leaking and was at the end of it's useful life. I called my plumbing company Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter to replace the water heater. Dave, the owner of the company had one of his employees, Jon out by next morning at 8:00 am. Jon was great. Very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. I've been using Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter for at least the past six years or more. I highly recommend calling this company if you have any plumbing problems, you won't regret it. Jon and all of the other fellows that have assisted me with my plumbing problems over the past years are fantastic.

I had a brand new washer and dryer installed, and during the installation, the technician mentioned that my water was backed up and suggested I get it checked out. I hired this company to run a snake through my pipes, only to be hit with a quote of $2150! I decided not to go with them--they charged me $79 for the visit--but I immediately sought a second opinion.

The second plumber arrived, ran the snake, and confirmed there was nothing wrong with my pipes. Everything is working perfectly now. It's really unfortunate how some companies take advantage of your trust to push unnecessary, overpriced services. I definitely would not recommend them.

I am so glad I called back to Done Rite. I didn't realize I used them previous for my mom's house. My house had a bathroom tub that was clogged. Christian not only pulled out our hair but black hair from the previous owners. So glad it's unclogged. Thank you so much Christian and Done Rite!

We have called upon Done-Rite for close to 15 years now. Never hesitate to call with our 90+ year old home. Issues are plenty but do get eliminated with each call to Done Rite. Whether a clogged drain, installation of an entire water filtration system, upstairs, downstairs, basement, faucets toilets sinks, we don't hesitate to call. This instance, a kitchen time period 4 hole faucet that was installed two years ago by Done Rite, had no issues with the service then, but the hot water valve failed on Friday, Done Rite was contacted late in the afternoon and Jon was at out front door at 7:45 Saturday morning. The faucet valve could not be fixed or replaced due to manufacturer. Their recommendation for this piece was to buy an entire new faucet. Not doing that every two years. Jon asked for an hour, he ran out and found a near similar faucet, sent pictures, and by 10:30, new faucet, repaired loose water handle, and out the door. Great service, always reliable, no job too small or too big, we don't hesitate to call when needed and it seems we our home requires more than normal calls to Done Rite. Never the same call twice in their defense.

Done-Rite is fast, efficient, friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. I called a couple other companies this morning but scheduled an appointment with Done-Rite because they were available to come out today.

Tiffany, the receptionist, is professional and super sweet. She asked if we were first time customers, waived the $79.50 service fee and said they would provide a free on-site estimate since I mentioned finding them on Yelp. I received a text from Jon confirming the appointment day and time 10 seconds after I got off the phone with Tiffany, not joking.

They gave a window of 2-4pm. Jon texted he was on the way and arrived right at 2:00! Jon quickly assessed the cause of the leak - the gasket, gasket strainer, and old garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. He had a new disposal in his truck, gave us an estimate, got to work with Victor, and was done in less than an hour. Immediately after Jon and Victor left, I received a completion of work text from Jon and the invoice and receipt via email. Now that's customer service!!

Thank you Jon and Victor for your excellent work! Our only regret is waiting over a month until the leak got worse and not calling sooner. THANK YOU!!!

Called the company and Jon H was here within one hour for an emergency repair. He was able to unclog the kitchen sink very quickly and gave us some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Overall very happy with the service.

Awesome work. My garbage disposal wasn't working and Jon from Done-Rite showed me the issue to fix it, and what to do next time a clog occurs. Plus they were gracious to waive a fee. Also they text you when they're on their way. Overall very professional, 5 stars.

Sean M was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater, corrected the problem and then there was no problem. He was able to explain the issue in common language. Done Rite plumbing will be called the next time I need a plumber.
