Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend.

Was supposed to replace sewer line from foundation wall to street. Scoped line to determine pathway. Tore up brick patio, jack hammered garage floor and cut out asphalt driveway to access line. Turns out they couldn't access area under crawl space/addition so didn't do that area at all, jackhammered wrong area of garage floor and ripped up wrong area of driveway. They tore up all those areas but only replaced line in brick patio area, LIED about replacing line from garage/driveway to street and NEGLECTED to hook kitchen drain line back into the section under patio that they did replace....causing water leakage through foundation wall from unconnected kitchen drain line! After MANY calls they finally came out and hooked up kitchen line. Very long story but ends up they knew they had problem employees not performing work properly but kept using them. Ultimately they came out to re jack hammer and rip out my newly repaired driveway and run line to street. Ryan promised to pay for repairing driveway this time and send me check for my troubles, HASN'T DONE EITHER . That was 6 weeks ago. They replaced less line than I paid for, destroyed property, barely cleaned up and have no integrity. AVOID AT ALL COST

I asked these guys to come give me an estimate to install a bathroom vanity. I knew I was in trouble when the guy got here and immediately started the sales pitch on ""how to protect my beautiful home."" $800 to install a vanity is too high. Only call these guys for plumbing if you want to be upsold on a bunch of stuff you don't need. I just bought my house and had the hot water heater inspected prior to the sale- I don't need an estimate for a new one! the work might be good but I was put off by the sales pitch stuff immediately.

Done Right Today service representatives are top quality young professionals. They arrive on time and prepare to complete the job. Their trucks are equipped with all the parts needed to complete the job. Service rep. Quincere Ransburg-Romeo repaired our shower unit in a timely fashion and cleaned the area completely. He explained his work in detail and clearly. I highly recommend young plumbers like Q.

Done Right did some work for me. There was an issue that I brought up regarding the price of the project. The company looked into it right away and I was very impressed by the way the company handled it! Will definitely do business with them again!!!!

This company responded to my request quickly. They replaced a tub spout and the charge was $249. I didn't realize this was a five minute job. I commented on it to the worker and he gave me a coupon for $49.00. They are too expensive. The worker was very nice. The fee even with the coupon is outrageous.

Great professional service. Called the office and she gave me an appointment the next day. The associate, Colin, showed up on time and was very professional. He explained my issues and how he was going to proceeded to fix them. On the second day, he arrived with his partner, Martin. They worked well together and finished with my plumbing issues on the second day. All the work done looks great and all my issues solved. Colin and Martin did a fantastic job.
