I had a unique plumbing situation with a busted main water line. Done Right Plumbing came out immediately and provided a quick quote and were available to begin work within be a day. They were comparable with the other quotes and had a plan of action ready to go. The trenchless replacement of the water main crossed the landscaped gardens and only required the entrance hole and a hole by the foundation. The operator , Steve, was extremely competent and considerate in keeping the drilling on track and managing the entire project with tge six other employees. He was incredible to have working on my situation quickly and efficiently. They through the required number of people to complete the job as soon as possible. All of the work crew were great to have on the site and cleaned up the work areas as soon as the plumbing was complete.

I had Done Right Plumbing replace a sewer line about 4 or 5 years ago and they did a great job. The price was very competitive, they completed the job in one day and I have not had a problem since. Recently I called them to move a 1"" copper water supply line in my crawl space and install a new shut off valve and new pressure relief valve. Once again, I received a very competitive price, they completed the job the same day and the quality of their work was great. Malachi was the lead plumber and it was easy to tell that he took a lot of pride in his work.
I would highly recommend Done Right Plumbing. Good prices, top quality workmanship, and very personable and professional plumbers who are easy to work with and do the job right the first time.

I have used Done Right Plumbing before. They have always done excellent work. They have fixed a spigot on my outdoor faucet. Very reasonable prices. I had a shower handle on one of my apartments that was broken and since they didn't have to pull out any tools they waved the service call.

Malachi and Nick were SO wonderful to work with - I needed a plumber ASAP so I called and they were able to dispatch right away (HUGE PLUS) and I they arrived, they did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate. I accepted and they got to work right away - they found problems I didn't know about and gave me the option of fixing it or leaving it alone which I appreciated. They went above and beyond - when they saw that there was an older valve that needed to be replaced, they took the initiative and fixed that as well. What I most appreciated though was the follow up after the job. I was worried about a leak that I never got closure on and they followed up to share their findings and what exactly they did. I just moved to Washington and I found my go to plumbing company!

We had an outdoor water mainline leak that was located near the utility boxes. Samuel and his buddy came, did a quick estimation, and told us that they could start the work right away. They knew what happened under the lawn before digging and completed the fix in 4 hours. Check out the photo - it was a complicated situation with so many other utility lines around the same spot. These guys knew what they were doing and nailed it!

We called them because we had a leak from our ceiling. They were at our house by that afternoon. I even got a text with a photo of the tech coming to our house which was a nice gesture and made me feel safe especially since I wasn't sure if my husband would be home in time. Malikai and (Nick I believe) were so professional and kind. They were able to identify the problem immediately and solved it. We need restoration services and Malikai called two companies for us to refer us. With in 10 mins, the restoration company called us.
