The drain pipe for our water softener kept over flowing during the regeneration process and flooding the laundry room. Miguel came out and quickly fixed the blockage in the pipe. We really liked his manner... he was kind, efficient and was very thoughtful when answering all of our questions. Pricing was very fair! We will definitely be using this company again in the future. Had water heater fixed at the office 2 years ago. They did a phenomenal job with the price and the job was superb.

Had another problem at home over the weekend. Again the price was reasonable and the job was done in a flash, no mess, looks fantastic and all fixed. I've used at least 8 plumbing companies in the past. I'm sticking with this one. Miguel is very good. The company is polite and efficient. Very happy customer!

We have had Miguel from Done Right Plumbing come out twice in the last month to fix the kitchen sink drain and hook up new bathroom fixtures. He also helped resolve a root issue in the main bathroom with the toilet.

Miguel is THE man you want! Super friendly & knows exactly what to do.

Their office manager is super helpful, friendly and efficient. We had a sketchy experience last summer with a different company.... and the business we've done with these folks has been totally different.

SO happy we've found a new plumbing company. I'd give them a 10 stars if that was an option :-)

I was installing a new toilet when I saw the water shutoff valve going into the wall was leaking. Called Done Right. Great customer service person on the phone. Said they would come to the house at 3:30 pm. Miguel called before 3:30 pm, said he was on his way. He did an excellent job. Replaced the valve and toilet. Resonable price, quality work. Highly recommend this company.

Returned home to find a leaking tankless hot water heater.
Called Done Right and e-mailed pictures of the unit.
Scheduled an appointment with Nahu, Service Tech.
After looking at the pictures, Nahu called to report the appearance
of an open cold water supply valve from the pictures.
I closed the valve and the leak stopped; then called to cancel the
service appointment. "" NO CHARGE "" please call again when we can help.

Downstairs toilet started leaking last night at the base. Called first thing this morning and Miguel arrived just after 1 p.m. The wax ring was bad which I could fix but the metal ring was completely rusted and wouldn't hold the toilets bolts. I couldn't get the ring off. Miguel was quick, replaced wax seals and the ring and also replaced the water valve on the wall that wouldn't completely shut off. Totally impressed and I'm a career aircraft mechanic. $125 that included $30+ in parts. I will definitely refer them to anyone.

We have used Done Right Plumbing's services both in our businesses (restaurants) as well as at our home. Their level of customer service is exceptional. We called after hours at 6:30p for a pipe that was leaking associated with our water heater. We were hoping to get on the morning's schedule but the answering service had the technician Ryan call us back right away. He said he could be there in about 2 hours. He showed up in exactly two hours (called when he was on the way), replaced the pipe, and the cost was less than $150!?! It is this type of rare service and fair pricing that will keep us not only using Done Right for any plumbing needs but referring them to others.
