I had Done Right over last May to remove old and install new fixtures and sink in my powder room. I wish I could remember his name - hard worker, strong, honest, decent and kind. Did a great job! So when I needed a plumber again for a Shower drip and a toilet leak, I called again. Made an appointment for 1 pm. Waited all day and finally came at 5 pm. I was upset but I had already waited all day so I went ahead. Blaise showed. I took him to the drippy shower. I had the part already. It was a matter of taking the faucet off and replacing a washer filter. The second project was the dripping toilet. Blais said that it was a faulty flapper and he didn't have the part but would run to the Lowe's to get one. A BASIC flapper and he didn't have one with him!! I asked - before he went to Lowe's - to tell me how much the project would be. He said $300!!! for a detachable flapper and a washer in a shower where I provided the part?! I said never mind, he was free to leave. He said he knew what the going rate was and his price was fair. I told him ""Fair or not, I'm not paying $300 for a 15 minute job and especially since you kept me waiting for 5 hours."" Blais said ""What do you care, you work from home! "" I asked his name and he told me but then asked if I was leaving a review. I said I probably would. He then offered to do the whole job for free as long as I promised not to leave a review! As if I'd trust him to do anything ever in my home!! I asked him to leave and he started yelling that I was going to ruin a man's business and livelihood over being late and expensive! (You can't make this stuff up!) I had to sternly demand that he leave my home at once!!! He did. And I then fixed the shower in 10 minutes on my own. The next day I bought a $17 Fluidmaster kit and fixed the toilet MYSELF! He had misdiagnosed the problem. It wasn't the flapper, it was the gasket. So for $17 and 30 minutes of my time, I save $300. The lady who answers the phone (Blaise's wife) is very professional and considerate and accommodating And apologetic. But Blais behaved horribly, was irresponsible and inconsiderate in 5 hours tardiness, was rude to expect me to be inconvenienced in such a way because I work from home, and didn't even diagnose the problem properly! Thank you, YouTube and DIY channel. It has liberated women like nothing else has! I'll never call Done Right again!

Raw sewage was coming out of my walls. it was 6pm on a Sunday. My rental agency told me to pound salt. I called this guy and he was there in 10 minutes. Fixed the problem. Gave me a good deal. Was cool. 10/10 would use this business again.

Don't use this company. They came to fix problem. They made a bigger problem. Asked for 200. More. A issue they caused.

I had a sewer back up and water in my home. They came out same day ensuring my family had working plumbing on this freezing weekend. They also used a camera to check the cause of the blockage that will help me file against the builder as this is new construction. Professional and courteous. Came at the time they said they would.

I spent $4,400 (1/2 up front) on a new but inexpensive tub/surround, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and requested they grout bathroom floor. Oh and by the way they only accept cash. They never finished the job, never grouted floor (which i paid for) and wall was torn up where they tore out old tub. They opened my closet wall to access pipes and never closed it back off. I ended up spending even more with another contractor to finish what they never did. They also left behind a lot of supplies and large dirty bucket. When we tried to use the new tub faucet the handle fell off. My point is it won't be ""done right"".

They replaced our old kitchen sink and cabinet, installed a garbage disposer, installed a vanity sink in one of our bathrooms and replaced some old, corroded iron pipe with new PVC so they could put a new wax ring on one of our bathroom toilets. The last item was very difficult because it involved working partially in a crawlspace under the bathroom and removing some rotted floor boards under the toilet.

They put in a lot of hard work but got everything installed and working and cleaned up after they were done, which is a great plus. A lot of contractors just leave their trash where and leave you holding the bag with the clean up.

Blaise and Michael were very friendly and pleasant. Blaise explained everything he needed to do and kept things moving until the project was complete. We have an old house with old iron pipes and much of it needs to be replaced.

They conducted themselves like gentlemen you could trust in your home. They explained what they saw as the problem and went over options, and then went to work. They have a very good work ethic which is something you don't see in young people these days. Very commendable.
