Done Right came out to check on my HVAC when my heat stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a quick temporary fix and provided a ton of honest knowledge about my long term solutions. They gave me several options and great pricing. They were back out within a week to replace my entire system. They guys showed up on time, were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and the new system is fantastic. I'm sorry others experience hasn't been great but this is the second time Done Right has provided service and I cannot say enough great things about the team. I'd highly recommend them!
Received referral from insurance company for this vendor. Scheduled appt two days out but the day of I waited and waited for the company to call, arrive, complete the work. Unfortunately, none of that happened. Attempted to reach the company, but after 5 calls (spanning a three hour period) and no response/correspondence, I followed up with the insurance company and had to receive another referral for a reputable vendor. If you're looking for a company to be inconsiderste and waste your time, then this is the company for you. In my opinion, 1 star is too much for this ""company"".
Done Right came out in March to install a new HVAC unit. They were referred by the home warranty company. I'll start with them not coming out in a timely manner. My mother had to make several calls to see if they were coming out and would make their scheduled time. Fast forward to now, the beginning of summer...I turn on the AC and find the house is not cooling at all! I call the warranty company and another HVAC company comes out discovers not only did Done Right leave the disconnect box just sitting on the unit and not attached back on the wall but there's a gaping hole left open on top of the unit. This ""brand new"" unit is also leaking refrigerant! The 2nd HVAC company also said this was the 10th job he had to come behind and fix. Needless to say the warranty company is not making the situation any easier to get my air back on because they can't get it together to get approval for the 2nd company to fix what Done Right did not do right at all!! It's 83-86 degrees in my bedroom! Done Right is a HORRIBLE COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Gina S.Terrible service! This company serviced my home on three separate occasions and misdiagnosed the problem completely. A recent work order assigned to company twice and technician failed to show nor did he call and cancel. This is not a dependable company! Hire at your own risk!
C P.If I could give him negative stars I would. Came out to my home for warranty work. Told me I needed a new system and he would call it in to the insurance company. The insurance company denied my claim because they said Done Right said the system was to dirty to accurately diagnose. They said I needed to get in touch with Done Right. I've called and left messages, I sent text messages that he responded with who is this. When I responded back, of course no response. More calls, more texts. I called the warranty company they said they spoke to him and told him to call me. Still no calls. So today I called from another number. Guys what? He answered. He told me it was not his responsibility to tell me what was wrong. Well that's a lie, I've had this insurance company forever. I told him, it had been cleaned just in August and if it needed to be cleaned before diagnosed for the insurance company I would have paid him to do that before he left. He said he didn't need to speak to me, top call the warranty company and he hung up.
THIS WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!!!!
Would not recommend his to anyone. I can see court in our near future.
Should be DONE WRONG PLUMBING! Absolute worst service! They had to come out 2 times and didn't even fix the problem. They don't answer their phone and Rick is the worst. If you get him run away! He doesn't know what he's doing and he's just plain rude.
If you need a good company for heating and air call Winters. They are super professional, knowledgable and get it right the first time! STAY FAT FAR AWAY!

The owner had to use my tools to fix a problem that should have been taken care of the first time. He was the third worker within the 3 weeks it took to fix my AC
I had to call multiple times and they didn't have a record of any service or need for a follow-up to FIX my AC.
After they ""FIXED"" my AC, a clogged drain spilled water and ruined my carpet.
Unprofessional, rude, Unable to fix problems in a reasonable time frame, didn't have the right tools to do the job, didn't even have record of my repair needs.
They are horrible with customer service. I had several no shows with them. They waste your time. They screen your calls. It took them nearly a month to repair a water heater issue. I had an existing issue within the repair, and they are not attempting to fix it. They are completely avoiding the issue and calls. I do not recommend their service. I would avoid them as much as possible. They are terrible at everything, and they really dont care about you. Please stay away from these people!!!
Horrible customer service. They miss appointments and I had to go days without air in 90 degree temps.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. they make appts they do not keep, never answer their phone, and don't return messages. tech came out to fix my AC (had to use them per my home warranty company), but somehow he BROKE my heat and has yet to come back to fix it, 3 weeks later. this company has 13 other 1 star reviews, how is the only 5 star review the one that shows up?
