I wish I could give 10 stars. This company is old school, classic customer service, expertise, treats you like a friend. How much so? I left my front door unlocked for Ray to install a new water heater. Trusted him implicitly. He even dealt with our German Shepherd and Golden Doodle who are both a handful. That...is customer service!!! Not to mention the quality of workmanship was excellent and the price was fair. This is they're second trip to our home. The first time Ray installed a toilet. No need to look anywhere else...period.

As a business owner I know how hard it can be to deal with last minute repairs and customer requests but Nancy and Ray went out of their way to accommodate me. We needed a pipe moved in a kitchen remodel we were in the middle of and they fit us in their schedule even though they were extremely busy with other emergency jobs. Nancy kept in constant contact and Ray did great and fast work. They are so reasonably priced for the quality of service provided.

We will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs and referring them to our clients.

I called them since their estimate was quite reasonable. Nancy was really nice on the phone and schedule the service for the indicated date with a window from 4 PM to 6 PM. Unfortunately when I left home at 6:30 I had no news from them, not a call, not an SMS, They called me later at 7:15 to tell me Raymond was on his way. I was in the middle of my workout so I told them not to come, so I can't say anything about the quality of their job (neither good or bad).
They apologized for not calling or messaging and offered to reschedule, but I preferred not to and instead I scheduled with a different plumber.

The good: Really nice when talking to you on the phone.

Best plumber! Ray is very capable, takes the time to explain what he's doing, has very fair rates, and is just a really nice guy. We remodeled our kitchen and Ray fixed several plumbing issues we found through the reno. He also made and moved a gas line for a gas range.

Scheduling was easy and he was always on time. He took his time and made sure everything was ""done right"" (sorry!) before leaving.

I would hire him again in an instant.

From the start, Nancy was very attentive to get me information I needed to replace my water heater and platform! Ray and Aaron are Amazing!!! What wonderful brothers with beautiful hearts...and Great in their job!!! Took time to explain everything and how to make this new heater last longer. Done Right is the perfect name for them! Ray was friendly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave friendly tips on how to avoid future plumbing problems. I trust him and will call him for any plumbing needs in the future. Enjoyed the scheduling process with Nancy as well.

Ray came to fix what I expected to be an expensive repair, but managed to fix our leak problem with just an hour of labor cost. He stayed around to insure that the water meter showed no leak movement after the repair. And, when the water meter showed that a small part of the leak flow remained, he hunted it down. It was a failing sprinkler valve. Two repairs for the price of one.

I asked him to also fix a broken toilet flush valve. Again, he only did what was needed, and replaced the flush plug rather than the whole unit. Again, he carefully checked his work, and also found an intermittent leak from the valve...so he replaced the valve , as well, at my request.

So, Ray repaired both problems with minimum billing, and fair rates.

So, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with fair rates. That's as good as it gets.
