We found Done Right Plumbing via his brother Aaron, who owns Evergreen Sprinklers, who redid our entire irrigation system. We loved Aaron, so thought maybe his brother would be great too. WE FOUND THAT TO BE TRUE!!!! Always did what he said he would do and when he said he would. Reasonably priced, very easy to work with. Flexible, detail oriented. Another GREAT experience with Done Right Plumbing today. Called regarding water filtration system issue, was offered several different arrival times and chose the one that worked best for my schedule, they sent out Josh, a FANTASTIC tech. Josh went above and beyond and notified me of some Plumbing issues I wasn't aware of that need attention. I was lucky enough to have come across Ray just before the onset of the pandemic when we had a leak in a faucet. From there he has been back more times than I can count - one time late in the evening for a water heater that actually resulted in the fire department having to be called! Ray is so personable, he always has a smile on his face, and he has tackled each of our challenges quickly and at a reasonable price. From fixing a faucet, to installing a complete home filtration system (which works amazing and is now saving us from purchasing 2+ cases of bottled water a week!), to the water heater (both in our primary residence as well as one of our rentals), his work is top shelf. Do yourself a favor and call Ray for your plumbing needs!

I can't say enough good things about Ray. He is the best plumber we have ever had....HANDS DOWN! He will fix your problem, charge you a fair amount and do it with a smile on his face. Ray responded to my request for a quote in an emergency situation and worked with me while I was away on vacation. Everything was handled via email and texts. He arranged for the delivery of a new water heater the day we arrived home and installed it the same day. I could not be happier with the results. In addition, his price was the best!!
