I called them for a ""free estimate"" and ended up wasting my entire morning on waiting on a guy who certainly looked ""bonded"" per say...just not of the insured kind. He came & left my home more than 4 times (to eat or have fun for all I know), only to have him come back at noon stating he can't fix it, and that the lowest he can charge me for his masterful work was $90 (I effectively bought.his new tools and lunch today). And he only made the leak WORSE than it was before. Great experience overall!

I had an elderly client (M) who was in immediate need of a plumber, she needed to be walked through everything slowly so she could understand. This is where Mike came.... He took care of (M) so kindly and graciously, explained everything to her so that she was comfortable. He went above and beyond just being her plumber. I have children and I hope that when are adults they have the kindness, compassion and consideration for others that Mike has.

I recently hired Done Right Plumbing to repair my backyard water faucet. They were timely and very professional. They discovered another issue with the back flow valve to my pool and provided a VERY competitive quote and actually had the parts with them. They completed the work and explained the new parts were made of materials that were up to code and would not rust like the other part had causing the breakdown.

This is the second job they've done for me and I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Never ever deal with this contractor (Done Right Plumbing); the Owner (John Benedict) is irresponsible contractor; he did works in my leach field system and the underground plumbing line and it fails in less than a year; No water is draining to the leach field, causing the septic tank to be full of water; when we ask him to come out he give you ALL various reasons not to come and attitude; and when he did the works, he destroy the irrigation Lines and the electrical lines and when you ask him to fix it, he gave you ""F"" and ""MF"" words in the text message; I kept his text message and I will show it to the judge and the AZ ROC inspector. We ending up need to file AZ ROC complains to this contractor. This guy deserve to lose is licenzed;

Third time using this company since October 2018. Each time I called they were out within a few hours. They provide quality service that I've been able to trust. This time Caleb ( I hope I spelled his name right) and Harry came out to install a tankless water heater this time. Prior to this they installed new toilets and sinks. Originally they fixed a busted pipe behind my wall. They have been and will continue to be my plumbing company.

I would not recommend using Done Plumbing for any major plumbing repair in your home. They were contracted by me to repair a plumbing line in my home which they did not repair correctly and their workers also broke a faucet in my bathroom (which they have consistently told me they did me a favor by replacing the broken faucet as they more or less saying that they didn't break it). The first time around the repair time was quite lengthy and the company was horrible in their ability to communicate status of repair to me or meet the timelines that they put in place for completion. As I said they did not fix the problem right the first time so the second repair effort if seemed they rushed through the process. At the end of the day Done Plumbing felt they repaired the line 95%. Yes they gave me more options and I told them to stop as I was just done with working with them but what is most interesting that one employee said one thing to me and another employee said something completely opposite to my son about what could happen to the line in the future. I did not have the confidence in this company that I should have.
