I would not recommend using Done Plumbing for any major plumbing repair in your home. They were contracted by me to repair a plumbing line in my home which they did not repair correctly and their workers also broke a faucet in my bathroom (which they have consistently told me they did me a favor by replacing the broken faucet as they more or less saying that they didn't break it). The first time around the repair time was quite lengthy and the company was horrible in their ability to communicate status of repair to me or meet the timelines that they put in place for completion. As I said they did not fix the problem right the first time so the second repair effort if seemed they rushed through the process. At the end of the day Done Plumbing felt they repaired the line 95%. Yes they gave me more options and I told them to stop as I was just done with working with them but what is most interesting that one employee said one thing to me and another employee said something completely opposite to my son about what could happen to the line in the future. I did not have the confidence in this company that I should have.

The plumber was called for a water heater issue. The water heatier was not heating the water enough. He changed the temperature to a high setting (which is not recommended- just masking the underlying problem), forced it to work hard and it broke in less than a week.

Do not hire. The plumber they sent out we later found out was a subcontractor. He gave us a quote which was inline with other bids we had. We paid for the service that was started the next day and not completed as promised.
Several days and false promises turned in weeks. We are left with a broken pipe and hole in our wall.

Buyer beware. They do not stand behind their work. We hired them and they damaged our plumbing. We asked them to come back out and they said they were traveling for the next 6 months. We now have to hire someone to come out and fix their mistakes.

I wish someone had warned us.

John (owner) spent a good deal of quality time answering my questions on the phone. Then showed up to the second on time. He did a great job installing my new water heater which he also recommended to me. He also gave me a six year labor guarantee (at his own expense) above and beyond the water heaters six year guarantee. I'm fully expecting that I won't be needing either warrant but if I do I feel confident John will come back and honor his guarantee and take care of me. This man has his act together and I have no hesitations recommending his company.

Jenny went above and beyond to fix our shower tile. Our shower had mold and improper sealing. We had it ""fixed"" several times before only to have it become moldy within a month. We used grout doctor previously and a few other vendors. She was the only person that took the time to determine the cause of the problem and then thoroughly cleaned out the mold and properly grouted the areas that needed it. She fixed and sealed the shower and regrouted areas that we didn't even know were an issue. This is an example of someone who knows what they are doing and takes pride in their work. We are extremely satisfied with her work and she was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!

If you need ANY plumbing work completed, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't hire this company. I've worked with a number of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best I've ever conducted business with. That said, I had a very difficult plumbing job. I had three other plumbing companies telling me it could take anywhere from 3-6 hours to complete, and all didn't seem confident that they could complete the task. ""Done Right"" had their tech Jake come out.... He perfectly completed the job within one hour! The company is lucky to have him as he's an amazing employee! Quick, efficient, reasonable and the work is top notch. Like I said, do yourself a favor and use this company. I'll be referring them to any friends or family and I'll only use these guys in the future!
