These guys are awesome and very professional. We used them twice and Juan came out right away. They cleared out our drain and also used a camera to take look at what the problem was.
I also called them to have them replace my inlaws 2 toilets and they did an awesome, clean job.
They were so helpful and offer very affordable pricing and very honest.
They are my go to plumbers.

I requested a quote to get my slower draining shower looked at and was given a $40 special. This was a very affordable price compared to all other quotes I got. Juan and his team responded very quickly and came to my house the same day and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and used shoe booties entering my house. Done right was absolutely incredible!! Juan was extremely friendly and very helpful! If you want someone to truly take care of you please use this plumbing company! They were on time, fair pricing and got the job done quicker than we could of imagined. It is also really great to support a small business. Juan also will always be honest with you and not push you do anything you don't want to. So again I give this company a 5 out of 5 and I wish I could post pictures but my bathrooms are currently being remodeled

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded promptly and professionally from first contact. Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan). I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call. They are committed to upholding their company name ""Done Right!""

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage. I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking). After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place. Geez their snake is industrial length! After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful. But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good. James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting. This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting. He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like. And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades! I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced. Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared. The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor. Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach. While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

WOW!!! I AM INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with the level of knowledge our technician James had!! Not only did he teach me the ins-and-outs of my kitchen sink and clear out drain (which I never knew existed), but he was also able to give recommendations on how to maintain the sink to avoid future clogs. Something I felt was genuinely respectable was that James also educated me on the rights of a renter (me) versus a homeowner/landlord as to who would be responsible for the financial costs of the kitchen sink maintenance, so I sincerely appreciate his honesty and shared knowledge. The whole experience working with Done Right Drain & Plumbing from the quick response on Yelp, the friendly staff over the phone, to James' expertise was AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend choosing them for all your drain and plumbing needs!

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
