Thanks for looking into our services at DHI! We provide a range of construction services including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, door and window replacements, remodeling, and more. I also offer load calculation services for new beams to help open up your kitchen and living area. We handle every phase of construction: new projects, installations, repairs, and renovations. After COVID, I started my own business to ensure that local homeowners receive 100% quality service, as if I were working on my own house. I received training from the finest contractors in the Toledo/Sylvania region, but sadly, many retired during the 2008 recession. I stayed in the trades, enhancing my skills to keep busy. During the lockdown, even more contractors left the industry. It made sense for me to start my own venture at that point, as I already had the tools and experience as a foreman for several companies. In April, I moved back to my hometown area and am happy to be surrounded by family and friends. While it may seem like DHI is new, I brought all my experience and knowledge with me! We are proud to serve the Wyandot and Crawford County regions. I went to Wynford and completed my B.Sc. in Construction Engineering Technology at the University of Toledo. I realized early on that I was not suited for a desk job. I have spent most of my life in the trades, with brief periods as an engineer and surveyor. I focused on learning extensively before starting my own company. I deliver high-quality work that you will be very satisfied with. I avoid shortcuts and dedicate the time needed to guarantee everything is done right.
