We have a Kohler in-wall tank toilet (we lovingly call the prison toilet). Other plumbers tremble in fear at the idea of working on the thing, but Donny was up to the task, in fact Kohler recommended him to us. He fixed our issue and did so at a reasonable cost. He was polite and professional, what more can you ask? I think it is not surprising that the 1-star review here came from a lady named ""Karen"".

I heard good things about this plumber so gave him a call when my garbage disposal started to act up. He said he didn't have his calendar and would contact me as soon as he got home but wanted me to send him all my contact information which I immediately did.

When I didn't hear from him in 24 hours I sent a reminder.

Bottom line, Donnie never contacted me. If he didn't want the job, he could have told me. If he was a nice guy, he could have referred me to another plumber. But why not just respond?

This doesn't seem to be a very professional company. I called another company and was immediately put in touch with their scheduler. I set an appointment and got a confirmation right away. I was even offered a free estimate leaving me to accept or not after the plumber evaluated the work that needed to be done.

i suggest you might want to try a company that values your business enough to be courteous. That isn't Donnie Newton.

Unbelievably helpful. Fixed our issues and then helped with other items that I mentioned. Gracious, polite and love their job. Refreshing to see. So glad I used them.
