Had these guys come out to give us a bid for installation of a gas line for our gas stove along with the cost to install a second water heater. The guy came out and was supposed to get back to us with a bid but we have never heard back.

Chris Donahue is an honest, kind and efficient plumber. I highly recommend his services. We had a broken 11 year old water heater and a broken knob and cartridge in one of our showers. We went 3 days with no hot water. Chris gives very matter of fact and honest price quotes and diagnoses of plumbing problems. He is a 1 man show, for the appointment yesterday- he uninstalled the water heater himself, hauled it out himself and brought a new one down himself- with the help of a Dolly with large rubber tires to get down and up stairs.

We had previously purchased a part for the shower we thought we could replace ourselves. It was a cartridge. Because we had purchased it, and the shower knob needed a cartridge, he took about 60$ off the price because he used a part we had. We could not take off the knob and parts ourselves so he used the part and took our price down a bit.

The Manufacturer of The water heater is 2 years, I think the normal Donahue Warranty is 2 or 3 years. Or you can get a 4 year upgrade, which we got. So a 6 yr warranty.

This took him 3 hours to do it all himself.

The initial quote time and house call visit took less than an hour to diagnose problems- then 2 hrs to get parts and supplies.

My kitchen sink water pressure was low and I went to yelp to look for help. True to the 5 stars service given by previous customers, Chris was quick, professional, courteous and an expert at what he does. He was able to figure out the problem right away. He recommended replacing the faucet and that immediately fixed the issue with the low water pressure. Thanks for your help , Chris! I would definitely recommend Chris for plumbing services!!!!

As an out of state Real Estate Investor, it feels great to have found an honest Company that I can trust. I had numerous quotes for a Sewer Line replacement and finally came across Donahue Plumbing that went out of their way to go to the home very quickly, identify the problem, and offered me a better solution (trenchless sewer) that ended up costing much less without having to dig up the lawn. This was much better for me and my tenants and they got them back in the home much quicker than any other company could. They also worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of with very little out of pocket expense. I had a great experience with Donahue plumbing! I wasn't getting hot water on the second level of my home and a couple other plumbers recommended adding an additional hot water heater upstairs. This would have been over $1,000 after purchasing the hot water heater and running the gas line upstairs.

Chris with Donahue Plumbing suggested that we try replacing my shower valve before jumping to purchase a new water heater. He was the only plumber to suggest that and sure enough, $85 later I had pipping hot water!

Chris came to our house just tonight. The nicest person you will ever meet. So honest and so willing to help. We had a small problem and he fixed right away. Took him five minutes.
