Don Yousem is a one-man outfit with no middle-men or dispatchers -- just Don, answering his cellphone and text messages promptly. He's a no-nonsense guy who does what he says, coming to scheduled appointments on time, and doing the work as promised.

He came out to fix a shower leak and got the job done in a short period of time. Managed to fix things without turning the job into something unnecessarily complicated and checked in afterwards to make sure it was done right. Pricing was reasonable.

Overall, great communication, reliable, and a straight shooter. Would use him again.

I am very happy to provide this review of Don. I have used him two times now and it was on the second visit where he ran into a little issue while repairing my faucet leak. But he kept trying and persevered through it. He is very responsive when you contact him and punctual too. He is personable and I think he is trustworthy too. He cleans up after his work and leaves the place like it was before he came.

I was given Don's name by a friend, and I am happy I called him. We had a broken exposed pipe and I had hoped to be able to fix it myself-but the pipe was snapped too close to the connector-and I did not want to risk further damage.

I called Don, explained the situation and sent him a photo of the damaged pipe. He gave me a firm quote, and came over quickly.

Don fixed the pipe quickly and stuck to his quote. Fast, efficient and fair.

I would feel comfortable using him again, and also would recommend him to my friends if they needed a plumber. He is also a very nice guy!
