I needed a plumber on a Sunday and called Don after reading reviews on Yelp. Not only was he able to come -- he had the problem fixed in a very short amount of time. I found Don to be refreshingly honest and his price was extremely fair. I hope I won't need him anytime soon, but just in case I put his card on the side of the fridge! I would recommend Don in a heartbeat!

Met Don Yousem at Home Depot, the day before he retired to go back into his own business. 11/15/2012 - Had a toilet that I needed fixed and decided to give the business to a home town small business ... that being Don Yousem Plumbing. He came over to the house on time. Got right to work. I kept checking on him as he appeared confused several times about the task at hand. I asked him if he could do the job or if he had any reservations and he said no. At any rate, and after two trips to collect the right parts he completed the job that he started @ 8:30 by 1:30 pm. This time included his two trips to get parts as he said the first parts were defecttive. I was charged $284.00 and gave him a check which he cashed the same day. (???) Today is Saturday, 11/17, my husband and I just came home to find our laundry room flooded and quickley went upstairs to check the toilet that he had worked on. The carpeting upstairs in the bathroom was soaked. The toilet was leaking from the hose/connection to the toilet, through the walls into the light fixture into the laundry room downstairs.. One would think this would be a simple task. I called him this evening to see when he could get over to the house to fix the toilet and he said that he couldn't make it until tomorrow. I would not recommend this man at all. All he did was blame everything on defective parts. He did that with me when he had to replace the parts and said the same thing to my husband two days later. If he even thought the parts were defective, why would he put them on our toilet?

I you are looking for prompt, courteous, efficient plumbing services then you must call Don. We have used Don many times and he has always been able to fix a problem, make an adjustment and explain how we can prevent plumbing problems in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Don is prompt and efficient. He takes the time to do a job properly and charges reasonable prices. I have used him a few times and would have no hesitation in having him come in for any plumbing work. On top of that, he is a nice guy and is easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

I've used Don for several plumbing jobs over the past 10 years. He's extremely knowledgeable and responsive, plus very competitively priced. The work has been done on-time, and at the price he quoted (even when the job was more complicated than estimated). Really no reason to use anyone else!
