We have had several instance where my family and I have had issues with our complicated plumbing in kind of old house. Pain the butt. We were frustrated for years until we found Don Weston. He is extremely knowledgable, reliable, easy to get ahold of and fair. You will be happy and satisfied if you use his services.

He was great about communicating via text and phone real time. Overall, he was just awesome to deal with and if you need a plumber, I would highly recommend these guys given my experience this week with them

Also he was easy to het a hold of went above and beyond when I was trying yo troubleshoot some problems with connecting our shower fixtures and educated us on living in freezing temperatures. I had a toilet clog in our very high end condo. Renters were unhappy of course. I called about 7 plumbers at 9 -10am. Most did not even return my call. Don called he understood it was critical, squeezed time in his schedule and had it snaked and clear by 2 pm. He's friendly returns your call communicates well and got the job done. Often it's hard to find people in Tahoe for a quick fix Don came through!

Don is great. I had an emergency with an on demand water heater that went out while renters were in the house. Don was quick to respond to my panicked phone call. The heater had been installed improperly with a water line that went outside....not a good idea in the mountains. He easily fixed it and charged me what I thought was a reasonable amount for his time and the parts he needed. I will definitely call him again...hopefully for something less urgent and stressful to all involved.

Once again, Don saved the day when our water heater decided to spring a major leak. Don arrived within 20 minutes and made a temporary repair so we could have hot water until the new heater was installed. Thank you!

During one of the biggest storms this winter my disposal died. I asked my land lady to contact someone to help and she said she couldn't find anyone because everyone was too busy with the storm. So I took matters in my own hands and called around. No one could help for a few days or weeks except for Don!! He called me back right back and told me how to fix it over the phone because he wasn't able to get to my house in a few days. A problem that could have taken many days or weeks to fix took 5 minutes. I asked him how much he charged and he said nothing!! It made my day, week, heck my year. He was so nice and it's been fixed ever since. No one else took the time to try to fix it quickly over the phone. I was between a rock and a hard place and he knew it. He decided to help me anyway even though he could have waited and charged me an arm and leg for it. Thank you Don!

Highly recommend! I called Don on a holiday right after I got a notice that water had been running continuously at our house for 24 hours. He checked it out quickly and kept me up on what he found and what he was doing to fix it. He even texted annotated photos to explain. Fantastic service!
