I called when our water heater started leaking. He came out that afternoon to assess what was going on and scheduled use for a replacement. Made sure that the new water heater was available in town and got it put in when he said he would. Great to have contractors who respond quickly and do what they say they are going to do. Not always easy to find that!

I had a toilet clog in our very high end condo. Renters were unhappy of course. I called about 7 plumbers at 9 -10am. Most did not even return my call. Don called he understood it was critical, squeezed time in his schedule and had it snaked and clear by 2 pm. He's friendly returns your call communicates well and got the job done. Often it's hard to find people in Tahoe for a quick fix Don came through!
