Guess that if you don't like their service, they black list you. Spoke to Duane when I called for some service work. He told me that my Facebook review of the business was not welcome and I should look for someone else to do business with. I don't hold grudges, but I guess they do. Original issue was with a job they did where I asked for a particular way to connect a 2 day plumbing job. The workers failed to do it per my directions and when I asked Jim for it to be corrected never got any response . To this day it is still not done the way I asked. You make up your mind, do you want to do business with a company that when they screw up they blame you for a bad review? Duane told me he doesn't pay attention to those reviews so I guess he won't mind this follow-up. Guess I'll be holding a grudge as long as they do.
