Martin is the absolute best! We are so lucky to have had him referred to us by our HOA. He has come out 3 times now to to fix issues other plumbers started or other companies were not willing to attempt. His service is honest and reliable - something that is definitely missing in this industry. Martin is also very kind and accommodating, we would not hesitate to call him again if an issue arises.

Finding a terrific plumber is every homeowner's dream come true. Martin is skilled, honest and professional . After I purchased a washing machine; my laundry room flooded and leaked both inside and outside the house. Martin first tried to snake and rooter the pipes and discovered that the problem was not a simple fix. He installed new pipes and a bigger trap behind the washing machine. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. I am very happy indeed to recommend this business.

Martin is a hero. A HERO!! We sold our condo and days before the final walk through, in the middle of the huge rain at the end of nov/early dec our condo flooded!!! There was a pipe SOMEWHERE in the building that was causing the flood into our unit and the unit next door. And Martin showed up within 20 minutes of me calling him and worked all day until he found the problem and fixed it. No joke he worked from 8am until 6pm to make sure the problem was resolved. THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING no less. He is a hero. Did I mention that? And he was so pleased to have solved the problem. He loves his job and it shows. I am calling him for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

They were here because water came out from the air gap in the sink when the dish washer worked for the first time. They fixed and got paid by the previous resident, but it happened a week later again, so I needed to contact them and pay for it.

Next time, I called them to exchange the shower cartridges. On the phone they said they could show up on Monday and was going to call me back on Thursday... They didn't.
I left a message on weekends and then they emailed me no Monday but Wednesday would work. I replied them to make sure when they come but no call or mail at all for 3 days.
They didn't show up on Wednesday without any contact. In the evening, they emailed me they couldn't make it and contact me because they had a huge job??? I asked them to make time next day because they didn't contact me and show up but again, no response so far.

If you are in need of a plumber look no further. Martin is extremely professional, personable, honest and reliable. He no longer works in the area I live, but even just now was willing to take my call, answer questions and verify that the work the new plumber wants to perform is needed and reasonable. It is rare to find a service technician that you trust implicitly but that is the relationship my husband and I have been able to develop with Martin over the years. I first met him when he serviced the tree-laden property in North Hollywood where I lived for many years. Invasive tree roots wrecked havoc on the plumbing, but Martin always responded to my calls immediately and was at my house many times the same day to remedy the problem at a very good price. Several years ago, in 2009, I relocated to the East Coast and my NH home became a rental property. Since then, Martin has seen me through four sets of tenants in this rental property and I trust his honesty, judgment and integrity with pricing enough to simply give my tenants his number with permission to call him immediately with any plumbing issues.... and not even worry about getting my okay to do the work. This is Not a relationship I have been lucky enough to find with any electrician, landscaper, HVAC technician etc. Over the years I've had toothbrushes flushed down toilets, cracked irrigation pipes, wanky garbage disposals, impossible designer italian faucets that wouldn't stop falling off and leaking, sewer pipe disasters in the side yard that necessitated poor Martin wading up to the house in rubber boots..... he handled it all with a smile, a can-do attitude and extremely affordable pricing.
I highly recommend Martin and only wish he had a clone that lived near me on the East Coast.
