For over a week now, each day, these people have stated a time where they were coming out to make a repair. Each day they've not shown up. I've had to follow up with them multiple times and even had them go as far as to tell me they were actually on the way, only to never arrive.

TL;DR this person took my money to buy a heater i never received and eventually stopped responding.

Manny Garcia, Plumbing License # m40711 charged us 3100 US dollars to order our water heater and that it would be ready within 2 to 3 weeks.

After paying him, he said that he didn't realize that the company didn't have any water heaters on stock so they would have to manufacture and it would take a couple extra weeks. I asked him to send a copy of his purchase of the water heater to the manufacturing company, he agreed and then he never sent it after multiple phone calls, texts, and email reminders.

On November 16, I contacted Manny for updates and he said he didn't have any information yet because he had the flu but he would get back to me.

On Nov 20,  I contacted him again, and he did not answer my text message nor 2 phone calls over 2 days. My husband called from his phone 5 minutes after one of my calls to him and he immediately picked up. He told my husband he would call the water heater factory and get back to him. He never did.

After not responding to multiple phone calls, on Dec 7 I texted "any updates"? And he did not respond.

On Dec 15 I texted "any updates"? And he did not respond.

On Dec 18, my husband called Manny and let him know,  if you don't deliver the water heater to us or refund our money, we will take actions. Manny said it's set in stone that the water heater will be delivered on December 31st. He did not show up nor respond to texts on Dec 30 nor Dec 31 regarding delivery. We have never heard from him since.

We found him on thumbtack under the name "Austin House Pro's" I googled and found he has another a total of three company names. there were reviews left about him taking others money and them not receiving the product or service he promised. Here are the links to those reviews:

FYI I ended up filing an investigation on my payment through PayPal and he never responded to PayPal at all. I was very fortunate to get my money back because PayPal and investigated for me and ruled in my favor. However, other people on those reviews were not so lucky and it was not due to any compliance on Manny's end.

I would not ever use this plumbing company again. We found them on Angie's list. Andres showed up late, didn't have what he needed to do the work, came back an hour later and proceeds to install a commode and replace the turnoff valves under our kitchen sink. The commode was installed but not straight. He told me it was fine. He then worked on replacing the turnoff valves, didn't complete the job. He said he had to go to his next job, but would come back to finish. We paid him in good faith and he never showed back up. Several times he said he was on his way and never showed. He did cash our check and left us with a leak under the kitchen sink. My husband asked for a partial refund because we had to call another company to come complete his job. Andres told us 3 different times that the check was in the mail. I waited a month and called the company to speak to the father Don and Andres told me no. He told me he would send me a full refund certified mail, for our inconvenience. Still no refund. Do not use this plumbing company. They don't do the work and they take your money. Liar and Thief.

Do not hire. Still waiting for a refund. Manny said he would refund via text. He has since changed his number and won't return emails or thumbtack messages
