My issue is the price. He diagnosed the problem but did not repair. Was at the location less than an hour and charged $643.00. For that kind of money at least take an extra 30 minutes to repair. This was not an emergency call out so I am baffled how he feels his work was worth $643.00/hour.

Was having sewer odors in the house. Had been told before that we have tile pipe from house to road so figured I needed to get it checked. Don was recommended and came the same day I called to run camera through. Saw there was a place that was dropping into a u shape causing clogs. Worked us in because we have a fence being put in and needed it done before the fence came. They were here a week later and replaced all of the tile, arrived at 7 am and all done totally at about 3:30 pm same day. They cleaned up the site very well, seeded new grass and straw. I recommend Dons business more than 100%. A++++ service

Do a good job but quoted $400 to clean out 100 foot french drain. Negotiated $350 cash. When the jetter was stopped by an obstruction at 60 feet, negotiated $280 cash. But that's just the water jet with me supplying the water, no video camera.
They did come the next day after I called and they did blow out the pipe up to the collapse. And worked with me to lay out the hose on top of the ground so I could know where to dig. I expected video service at the least for cleaning 60 feet of pipe with easy entrance from an open ditch.

I had a major plumbing issue first thing on a Saturday morning. I called 3 different plumbers immediately. One of them never called me back, the second wasn't equipped to handle my issue and the third was Don Shriver Video Drains. He answered the call and had someone at my house by early afternoon. His employee, Chris, was very thorough, respectful, clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me to understand my issue. Chris worked on it for a couple of hours, cleaned up what had become a mess and was on his way. I would recommend this company to anyone!
