I had a very detailed conversation with Don about remodeling one of my bathrooms for an elderly parent. He gave me a very detailed explanation of the cost and what needed to be done. He even offered solutions to help with the cost. I apologize for the delay in sending my review. I did not move forward with project as I have found a temporary solution to my issue. If the issue comes up again and. Don is still in business I would definitely reach out.

Excellent, prompt service with an exact cost quote. I was in hot water. A rental had a shower that was FUBAR and needed the entire shower, walls, pan, drain and all replaced. Every day it was unusable was costing me a day's rent. I called Don on Friday evening. He came out Saturday morning for the estimate, started the work Monday, and the job was complete by Tuesday afternoon. The new shower is amazing, exceeding all expectations. I would highly recommend Don and his team for any bath fixer needs. Thank you Don!

We called Bath Fixer for a quote for a tub to shower conversion based on a friend's recommendation.
Don and his crew (his wife and his nephew) did an excellent job on our new walk-in shower. Don does a very good job of explaining everything that will occur with the renovation. They shows up on time when scheduled. They are clean, reliable and honest. They even help us fixed our window. End results are beautiful and quality obvious. That's why we've decided to remodel our second bathroom too!

This is a local company, not a division of some national firm. Don owns the company and works with his wife and nephew on the job. He's a licensed contractor who handles all aspects of the job, no subbing out, no strangers showing up. I can't begin to tell you all how impressed I was with the work they did for me. I called them for an estimate and instead of being ""put on the calendar"" like most of the other contractors I called, he came that evening. My bathroom was totaled from years of water damage, including the sub-floor. He gave me an estimate for a total rebuild that was 30% under anything else. In only four days I had a brand new bathroom, including windows. Everything from the stone tub surround (no plastic) to the tiled floors is perfect. And here's the kicker -- except for some extra labor (agreed to previously) for the severe floor damage, the final charge was the same as the estimate! Don can be a little cantankerous, but he and his crew work from the time they arrive until quitting time. They're a gem and I highly recommend them.

Called to see if they could re-caulk my shower. No one answered when I called (about 9:20am on Tuesday). 20 minutes later, someone called me back: that's nice. I explained that I wasn't sure if he was the right person and then I explained what I needed done. The guy scoffed and was audibly upset at the audacity that I wasted 53 seconds of his life with my question. He told me ""I RE-DO BATHS..."" I asked if he knew anyone that could help me do it and he said YOU CAN DO IT..."" and hung up on me while I was mid sentence.
I have 1 hand and use a wheelchair... I can't do it sir. I need professional help. Thanks for being rude and callus. Now I know who never to call or refer, ever again.. ever.
