Although we have not hired them for any service but with an e-mail and call, she went beyond and helped us out with our problem and given us much more info. I'm just blown away that a company like this still exist! Thank you and will keep you in mind for future business. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family! :)

Wow, thank you Don. You came out and fixed a broken toilet for my parents, who were staying at our apartment. They said that you were great and very professional. Plumbing Issues! Call Don, he's your man! Called him, on a Monday for service to our winery business, he came on the same day. While my plumbing issue was a minor one, I appreciated he's quick call back and timely service. His rate was very reasonable. Can't get much better than that.

We have used Don Nichols Plumbing on several occasions. He always finds the problem fast, his pricing is fair and he is honest, something you don't often get with a plumber.

He was a tremendous help to us after the earthquake, when our sewer was backing up into both our showers! He pinpointed the problem and fixed it fast!

Wow, finally an honest plumber!!! We had two big remodeling projects that Don helped us with, a new gas line and Speciality Brass Faucet for or refurbished 101 year old claw foot tub. Don took the time to visit us during the remodel to give us a plan so we knew when to call him for our appointment. The gas line was installed professionally and this old house is now safe:). The faucet was quite a job. Being a speciality item, Don had to totally rebuild some of the parts and even some of his tools to get the faucet in. It is so beautiful!!!! Thank you Don!! We are so happy to have found plumber that we can trust!! We will be using Don for all our plumbing needs in the future!! Oh yea!! He worked really fast and he charged us a very fair price.

I have been using Don Nichols Plumbing for several years at my rental properties in the North Bay. He has always been prompt and fair. I needed work done in a kitchen sink and bathroom tub and he came out and evauluated the job, gave me a fair price, and completed it on time and on budget with minimal disruption to my tenants. He keeps the jobsite clean. Very professional. He knows his stuff and no job is too big or too small. I highly recommend his services.

Don has helped us out twice in a pinch, once the day after the earthquake and next when our 2-year old water heater gave out. Both times he was responsive, reasonable and did the job with the utmost professionalism. As far as plumbers go, he's the best I've come across!

DON'T DELAY, CALL DON -- Outstanding service and pricing from the beginning to end of my plumbing ordeal!!! Their office contacted Don, who promptly returned my call. He gave me the option of squeezing me in the same afternoon when I placed my call. Within 20 minutes he was waiting for me to return to my house. Within 35 minutes my clogged laundry tub drain was cleaned. He had to move the laundry tub and replaced the drain pipe underneath (P-drain?). This was in a very constricted area; okay messy with lots of boxes and laundry. Not much room to move at all. Don was so professional and pleasant not commenting on the mess. Instead he immediately focused taking care of the problem at hand. AND I also had a minor issue with a stopper in a bathroom basin, which he fixed happily. AND Don not only answered a question regarding a related issue that was not his expertise (capping off irrigation pipes); he walked outside in 90 degree weather to look at these pipes in the front and back yards and gave his opinion. Pricing is always a concern - his quote was the the same as my final bill due. It was VERY VERY reasonable - I called 8 plumbing repair businesses to compare!!

When we needed a plumber to replace our kitchen sink, instead of using the yellow pages or Google Search, I thought it best to to use the Yelp Reviews, and we're glad we did! When a plumber' gets 7 reviews and they are all 5 stars, you know you've found a good one!
Don came over 2 days after I called, and along with the new sink I asked him to install an Instant Hot Water tank and a disposal at the same location. He agreed and asked me to call when we had our new sink in possession (we decided to buy the sink ourselves).
After we got it, since Don did not cut 'sink holes' in the counter tops, after we had Surface Master (they are from Napa, and this company was excellent) enlarge the hole, Don came over the next day (we had already set up the appt in advance) and finished the project in just a few hours.
His workmanship was exceptional and the finished project was superb. Don told us not to use the sink/faucet for 24 hrs, to let the caulk set up, so we've never been so anxious to do dishes before! After he was done, Don did thoroughly test his work, as we watched, and we didn't see one leak.
Don was pleasant and very good to work with and was at our house right on time. He even knew a couple of jokes! If you need a plumber, Don's the man!
