Today, I had Don Nichols Plumbing out to fix a water line to hot water heater. They were on time and Jason was such a nice guy. Very through & did a great job. I live in the Napa Valley Mobile Home Park and everyone out here recommends them for their plumbing problems. After my experience with them, I can see why. They are great. Thank you, Jason, you did a great job!

Don Nichols Plumbing was sent by the property manager so I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to meet such a happy guy (Don) ,who really delivers amazing customer service. He arrived on time, was efficient and stood behind his work. I actually enjoyed the service call.

The Navian Tankless hot water they installed is super user friendly. The temperature can be changed with a simple press
of the display panel on the front of the unit. The previous tankless which had been in yon the property required reading the manual, a call
for technical assistance, removal of the front panel and the location of the an unlabeled thing to change the temperature.....and there were only two settings.
The Navian offers any temperature choice desired. Superior product.

Third time using Don Nichols Plumbing, and every time, quick response, excellent, friendly service and clearly state your options to fix the problem. Had no hot water Friday, called and left a message, 2 hours later called again and Debbie said they were fully booked until Monday. Rats! An hour later she called back and said Jason was on his way to check it out. Jason & Brandon both showed up, diagnosed the problem with my 12+ yr. old heater, gave me the options of getting parts and fixing on Monday ($500), or installing new heater ($2,000) that same day. Of course opted for new heater since this one was at the end of its life anyway. Very nice guys, easy to talk to, don't sway you one way or the other...just lay out the facts so you can decide for yourself. Very honest, reliable company. Highly recommend them.

We had a flood in the garage originating from a water softening filter. It was a minor nightmare that required only a minor repair. Rooter Hero came out and gave us an estimate of $720 for the work. We knew that was price gouging, so we had Don Nichols plumbing come out and take a look. They did the repair for $170. Guess who we'll call the next time we need plumbing help?
