Excellent experience with this company, Clayton arrived 'on time' was personable and very professional. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate a company that takes care of people that have a 'small job' at a time when many companies won't bother with them.
Another point I would like to make is that Clayton cleaned up exceedingly well after the job was completed.

We have used Don Nichols plumbing twice now and they are the best! The most recent issue we had was a water heater suddenly leaking. I called them and Debbie was able to squeeze me onto Dons schedule. We had a new water heater by the next day! They are so friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a leaking faucet in our commercial building bathroom. I called and left a message and someone called me back the same day. They explained that I would get a call to schedule and I did. I texted the technicians back and they were very responsive. They showed up on time and did the work. We will definitely use them again. The process was professional and easy.

On Saturday night, my parents garden hose bib was stripped and we couldn't get it to shut off and had a huge area of the garden flooding. Turned the water irrigation main off and crossed our fingers that we could get it repaired quickly so the gardens didn't die in the meantime. I tried working through Angie's List and that fell through on Monday (plumber had no parts on his truck). I called Don Nichols plumbing and they said they would try to be out the same day, but could not make any promises. But, just a few hours later, we have a repaired hose bib, the job cost the same as what I was quoted from Angie's List and I felt much better knowing I was in good hands. Thank you Debbie, for answering the phone and not having to wait for a call back. Thank you Cory for doing the repair so quickly. I am now going to use them for some ICVs that are leaking and causing HUGE water bills. Don Nichols Plumbing rocks!!!

For $170, Don was able to correct a problem that 2 other plumbers just made worse. One plumber wanted to cut through the wall in the other bathroom. Don is very trustworthy and corrects the problem in as short as time and as cost-consciously as possible. Highly recommend
