Unless you have a ""big ticket job"" that needs to be done, don't waste your time calling this company. Used them to replace a water heater a couple of years ago and had a relatively quick response time. Other than that, any minor repairs such as dripping faucets and the such look elsewhere. I contacted them 3 times in a 2 month time span to replace a seeping shower valve - to this day I'm waiting for them to contact me with an appointment time. When I last contacted them I was told that a recent cold snap has his people out fixing frozen pipes. That was nearly a month ago. It appears their is big money in fixing frozen pipes.

Called this company because they were associated with my amazing heating company. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible. The customer service from the office was very poor and the bill was high ($220 for non-emergent leak - quick solder on coupling of cold water pipe) and it took over THREE WEEKS for them to come out....after telling me they may have to cancel appointment if their plumbers ""get called away out of town"". And they charge travel time on top of their high $110 hourly rate....to resolder a pipe!!!

Unprofessional, shady, 1 week late on completion, they don't return calls and they don't do an invoice. They just take your money, do the job late, and run. $2000 deposit on what should have been a $1000 job. Then when I called for final invoice... Nothing, and nothing since... it's been 4 weeks. RIP OFF. Researching NH consumer protection laws and licensing as we speak. It's a disgrace to have this business being allowed to do business representing the city they are in. We don't need shady businesses like this one around. But they don't need individual work as they do big jobs, but why we (as a community) allow this type of shadyness in our community is beyond me.
