They have it all and usually an experienced plumber to help you find parts you didn't know existed.

My husband bought a valve for our gas wall heater from this establishment. It was defective. We had to pay an additional $100 to have the person who originally installed it, come back and install the new one. We are homeowners not business owners who can eat this cost. I think this company should have refunded our money and given us the valve for free. They can get it back from the manufacturer much easier than we can. I would never do business with this establishment again. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I drove by this place and decided to support the local business instead of heading to home depot. The customer service i experience was horrible. Gave me attitude for no reason from the start, bothered him that he had to check the back, WARNED me that all cash sales are final. How does this guys still have a job, well he may just be one of Don Millers ""Sons"". Maybe I need a thicker skin, but good thing I was in a good mood, if not I'm sure he would have needed a thicker skin.
I wont be coming here again, I will not be recommending this place, save your self the time and hassle, buy online or a major chain.

I am so happy I found this place (Don Miller & Sons Plumbing). I am a true #DIY person love to fix stuff myself. There is a ample parking lot great location easy in and out drive way. I needed some toilet accessories to complete my bathroom redo omg and the price was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and nice, I was also given a lot of merch to distribute to my red hat sisters If I need any additional items I most certainly will patronize this neighborhood establishment....

Needed to replace an obscure 40 year old faucet part. Nailed it! Friendly service, great ideas/suggestions.

I Went to this plumbing supply store yesterday to pick up a toilet. This placed is primarily used by licensed plumbers so don't go here if you are expecting displays. You need to know exactly what you are wanting as you will be greeted by a large counter and that's about it. The people behind the counter suck at looking happy but I take it that they basically only want to deal with licensed contractors. That being said I can't say they are good at recommending products but the good news is there are several licensed plumbers at this place also getting their supplies for the day and gave recommendation on what they prefer and why. The individual behind the counter just listed off different brands which is not helpful. I was looking for I recommend this one brand and here is why (especially because you can't see what you are buying before hand). After my purchase they without asking loaded my new toilet into my car which was awesome and why they got 2 stars verses 1. So don't expect much from the people who work there but maybe you will get lucky and have a contractor who is there to give some recommendations like I did.
I do like the way Lowe's and Home Depot are set up but the products they sell related to toilet and water heaters all suck.

Gave them a call trying to locate a hard to find Kohler part. Even after saying he couldn't help me, the gentleman continued to ask questions to figure out what my next step should be. He pointed me in the right direction. This is old fashioned kindness.

I'm a contractor so I need plumbing supplies regularly. This is one of those places you try and avoid because it's a little pricey and the service is unbearable. I don't mind paying extra for good service either so price alone isn't the issue. These guys are so practiced at being annoyed by customer request it borders on a rehearsed vaudeville routine.
For example they just stare at you when you walk in or better yet just try and ignore you from the office. If you don't use the exact right word for an item they act like you are speaking Chinese. Last time I told the guy I needed to add 4 3"" and coupling into my order he threw his cigarettes into his desk drawer as if he was pitching a baseball.
It's the environment that the restaurant ""dicks last resort "" tries to create but for real. If you are a home owner stay away. You will receive no help. If you are a contractor then you know how these places are.

great service, helped out big time. got me out of a bind
First off this place is OLD school. It's no big Box store so don't expect that. I went in looking for a part for my delta faucet that i had bought at homedepot that was my first mistake. So my wife and i went to a couple of places to look for parts. We went to the place where we got the faucet no help at all there. So from there we were sent to Don miller up the street. There they guys at the counter were no help either until the employee that was helping us, Carlos called Jose out help us. At first we thought we were just going to have to buy a new faucet after he explained the diferance between homedepot and wholesalers faucet products. My wife was extreamley frustrated by now we didnt have a couple hundred dollars to buy another product. Jose seeing our desperation said ""look i can see you guys are having a really hard time with this and i have a few minutes before i go to lunch so im gona go the extra mile for you guys, but lunch is going to be on you""
So he took our info wich we thought was weird why do you need my name and address. He went back to his desk and got on the phone about 15min later he came back and said ""okay rig your faucet for a week so that you can use it and in about a week you should see a new faucet in the mail at no charge, I got them to send you a new one and a wholesalers model not a retail product as a warranty"".
We were extatic why doesnt anybody do this kind of service anymore how hard was that to take the time for people, we are so greatfull for the service THANK YOU JOSE AND DON MILLER. So we tried to buy him lunch but he refused he said he was just kidding. 1 1/2 weeks later we got our new faucet better product than the homedepot junk we had gotten almost all the parts were metal not plastic. Thank you again saved us hundreads especially during these hard times. If you guys ever need plumbing help don miller is the place jose is the man to see and the other big loud guy was also really really helpfull with answering our old shower faucet questions i think his name was Edwin once again thank you guys again if we ever need anything you will be the first place we go and where we send our freinds

I've been at this store a few times and it's always my last resort. Not one time have I ever gone in there and felt like they value my business. When you walk in, there is never an employee who greets you and asks if they can help you. There is always that awkward pause where the employee just stares at you and doesn't say anything. I always have to wait a few seconds wondering if the emplee is busy and just wondering who walked in or are they ready to help me.
Today I walked in and got the same treatment with a slight change. One employee was clearly helping another customer. It appeared as if two other employees were helping another customer but nobody in that group of three were talking. They were all just staring at me. I stopped and waited but they just kept staring. After a few un cormfortble second I approached one of the employees in that group and said. ""Hello"" and the same time I held up my phone and showed him a picture of the item I was looking. I told him, ""I'm looking for two of these"" and all of a sudden all three of them started laughing. I felt like they had some bet on if I was a plumber or not. Obviously I wasn't since I had to show a picture of the item and didn't know the name of the part.
The employee told me they were sold out but check back next week. Im thinking to myself.' Why? So I can be laughed again? I dont think so!""
Amazon here I come.
