In 1994, I launched my company in the Goleta area of Santa Barbara; In 2005, I expanded with a new location in Morro Bay. In 2008, I opened a showroom and office at 3118 Main St. in Morro Bay. I also maintain an office and equipment yard located at 1900 Refugio Rd. in Goleta.

Sally C.The walk-in tub is very nice. I did need a tankless water heater as Don first suggested. His crew was very nice, but he didn't inform that they would only be working weekends, so factor that in. He redid the entire bathroom. Quality seems very nice.
Nicholas G.CUSTOMER BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE DON LEITCH! Don Leitch of Don Leitch Construction was hired to remodel two bathrooms at my duplex. He overcharged me for several thousand dollars of unapproved repairs, and he FLOODED my entire house. The Flood was caused by a plumbing fixture he installed incorrectly and has resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in damage. The flood is also preventing my wife, infant, and me from being in the house at Christmas. This would have been my son's first Christmas, and we now have to be away from home. Once Don Leitch admitted to flooding my house, he has not responded to any of my information requests, which have been by phone and via email. Don was very difficult to work with, performed poor quality work, and had inefficient and erratic communication skills. I strongly recommend not using him to perform any type of construction work at your house or any other property.

the estimate was quick, and he explained things well. and UNLIKE the National chain. did not try to upsell. or claim FREE stuff was included.
the work was started within a day of estimate.. and even with unforseen setbacks trying to do the electrical is was still done quickly..
his crew was friendly and kept the demo debris to a minimum..
it did take longer than expected. but it was complete in about 14 days..
and you can not tell where they had to access the electrical.
we are very happy with the Tub, and his work..
LOCAL BUSINESS also kept money in our community.. for much less than the national brand. that left a sour taste.
he was also kind to answer questions for our neighbor who was doing his own work.. you can't beat that type of ""old school"" friendliness ..
