I used Don Miller to pump out my septic in august. Fair priced, worker was fine. 2 months later had an issue with septic pump so figured I would give these guys an opportunity again. Set up an appointment to get an estimate, I was not at home when they came. Spoke to the office 2 days later, was told 1500 to 2k to replace my pump. I went with a company for a cheaper price. 2 or 3 months later I get a call wanting 390. for a pump out. This was never mentioned before NOR did I request a pump out. Don't trust these people

Company badgered me consistently through emails about signing a report that my septic failed. Had no problem signing the report if it had something to do with my septic. This company is great at falsifying reports that does not pertain to your problem with your septic. My septic had no correlation with what was in the health dept box! But they continued to threaten and badger me through emails and texts. They contradict what they told me was the problem with my septic in person and in the report they threw me under the bus!! Bad company stay away!! They say family owned, but theirs too many people hands in the pot and everyone wants a piece so they lie to customers and tell them $25,000.
