This guy GLENN, is a THIEF and a LIAR. I paid him $70 an hour to install 2 out of the box, new toilets. The first 1 he broke and installed without telling me he put a crack in the toilet tank and broke a piece off the lid corner, then went on vacation and i texted him the toilet was leaking. he said to drain it, and he would come when he got home. well then he said he was on jury duty since he got home from vacation (good excuse) I texted him mid-week (now it's been 12 days, with no working toilet) told him he better get over here and fix it or else I would be on here, so he comes, tells me NOW, there is a hairline crack in tank (which he did unboxing it) DOESN'T EVEN MENTION THE BIG CHUNK OUT OF THE CORNER OF THE LID, which I discover, he broke. and to call him when I got it replaced by home depot. so I have been texting him that it is arriving today, 4/18 for 5 days with NO REPLY!!! The 2nd toilet he placed in my master bathroom, same day, refused to caulk (says it shouldn't be caulked, who ever heard of that?) and the toilet rocked back and forth, every time I got on and off it (I'm thin). SO when he comes back to find out where the leak was on the other toilet, I told him to bring shims, according to a video I watched on rocking toilet repair, which he did, then I told him to caulk it in and it is fine now. So I STILL HAVE ONLY 1 TOILET OUT OF 2, THAT I CAN USE, I AM 66 YRS. OLD AND HAVE A LEG DISABILITY. I NEED BOTH TOILETS TO WORK IN MY HOUSE. BEWARE OF THIS MAN, OR MAYBE HE JUST TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN WHO ARE SENIOR CITIZENS!!!!
