First time to use Don-Co Plumbing, but I will use them again !!

Every part of the project was professional and well communicated. Chad worked with me on how I needed my gas line run to out fireplace and had good suggestions on a better path thru our yard. His estimate was fair; and gave me an option to do my own backfill to help keep the cost down a bit (plus I needed the exercise).

Vera in the office was great with scheduling and information....very prompt.

The two-man crew were very good, professional and communicated when they were delayed 30 minutes to arrive at my house. They ran 125' of gas line in 5 hours.....very efficient.

After a bad experience with my previous plumber, Don-Co is now my first call. Use them, you won't be disappointed.....!

No, I wouldn't ever recommend them. If you're forced to use them like I was, I'd recommend watching and/or having some type of recording with time stamp.

Donco had sent a crew to my house to take care of something for my home, and one of their crew members found money on my porch and came inside to make sure to give it back, I gave them the money and told them to use it to pay for their lunch. Bravo guys. I appreciate the honesty in this day and age!
