I had such a great experience with this company. They were so nice and were able to fit me in same day which is almost unheard of in FL. His prices are fair and he was very responsive! He showed me the line he was replacing and the material he was replacing it with and walked me through the whole process. I'll definitely be using them again!

Very Disappointed with the services, had a running toilet asked them to fix it they took 5 min to """"fix"""" the issue and got $125.00 the. I called them back because the issue was not fixed took them 2 min to """"fix"""" issue is still not fixed. Called them today for a 3x to fix a simple running toilet and this is a prime example of do it right the first time. If they can make the problem go away and give me the corrective services I paid for I will remove my post and give 5 stars because of this a lot of time has been wasted. Please fix the running toilet I paid you to fix!

Called them to unclog the drain in the garage. I notice the fellow did a quick job and said if it clogged again, I would need a new pipe. 5/6 weeks later it clogged again!! This time I found Billy The Sunshine plumber. They came and unclogged the drain from the roof. It was a big clob of hair!!!!

I had given a lot of work to Don Charles Plumbing about a year and a half ago. They seem to do good work but they kind of fell off the face of the earth. I've tried to get back in touch with them but their voicemail just says they're busy and to try to call back. Well I tried to call again because they installed a water heater for me a little over a year ago and it's bad. Come to find out the water heater was old! It had rusted out. They had put a used one in, Instead of the new one I paid for. I would've put zero stars but I couldn't.

I was told they would give a free estimate to check out my water heater, and then the fee would be $109 plus parts. Instead, they charged $125 for a service call, hit a thermostat reset and did not check the heater. One day later, no hot water. I called to ask about the quote discrepancy- they said they would come out again. I asked if there would be another charge and why the difference between 109 and 125. They basically said the additional charge would be parts, no answer on the 109 vs 125 discrepancy, or that they would give me our $125 check back. I opted for getting the check back as this does not appear to be a trustworthy company, and I plan to report back to the appliance repair place that recommended them to me.

Hired this company due to chronic back up issues. After paying them $6000, I have continued to have issues. After the work was complete, and I had to call them a second time the owner refused to send someone out unless I paid for a service call. He does not stand behind his work!. Another plumbing company advised me that the work was not done properly so now I'm looking at spending thousands more to correct their work.
